Make same syllabus for all schools in India or make NCERT compulsory for all schools whether state or centre. As a result, state students won't have difficulty in competitive exams . Also, history of foreign countries should be reduced and prominent events of India's past and present , which are actually of use , should be added.

Is the system of paying money to get justice, a good system? If we are denied justice and if we want to get justice, we have to pay the lawyers. I think there should be a reform in the judiciary where the one who wins the case should not be asked to pay his lawyer instead both the lawyer has to be paid by the one who denied justice to the winning party or the court should give the compensation(with the lawyer's charge) to the winning party. I think fearing the lawyer charges, many are reluctant to go to court as the party will have to spend a lot of money and time for running the case and to finally get justice.

Capital Gain Tax: I feel the Government should put a Tax Slab of 10000-10L - Rs.5000 10L-25L - 10,000 and 25L-40L - Rs.20,000 Above 40L - 60L - 30,000 this kind of slab and collect the money during Registration. This will avoid lot of blank money and Cash Transaction happening in the market. Senior Citizen may not be interested to reinvest the money on Housing etc. This would help economy to back to normal.

In order to facilitate data based policies by Govt,I suggest that instead of relying on census data,a system be developed to collect on line relevant House hold data on line from all who have mobile numbers.For this similar to Aadhar,I unique house hold number for each family be introduced.The survey should collect all social,economic and living standards,employment,and Govt subsidies received as Also expectations for skill development,employment,school scholarship and community help.This data should be collected every month and posted.As in covid tracking a district wise data should be tracked and cash incentives given to top fifty districts for development work.

As a step to encourage persons to invest in selected bonds ,in lieu of paying Capital gains tax,in respect of land property sold,I suggest that the present limit of Rs.Fifty Lakshmi be raised to Two crores.This step will not only help Governament to attract funds for infrastructure projects but help particulars Seniors,who because of age factor cannot invest in another house property.
