Sir, India is having lowest land parcel per person. Land is a gold mine & optimum use of land is very important. I want to bring this to your notice that world class large (300 bed to 1000 bed) hospitals are developed in few acres of land but all government hospitals from 50 bed to 300 bed are spread across 10-20 acres of land. Since nobody pays money for this land, area is highly misused. This creates non-integrated inefficient hospitals with departments spread across many buildings. Please look into this.
