We have registered and ARN received. We have complied with Notice on 07-07-2017. Now almost 13 days elapsed and portal showing as "PENDING FOR ORDER". On enquiry it is learnt that we are to visit the local GST office and on SATISFYING the officers there at, we are going to get the GST Registration No. All business dealings were totally halted for the want of such GST registration number.Kindly take urgent action to enable us to get the same automatically without personally visit to local office

I have company lease carwhich 2 years old. Lease company was charging 14.5% VAT monthly on lease EMI. Now they are charging 43% under GST. We are already paying excise duty and additional GST. Is there any law to avoid this double taxation.
