Online authentication using Aadhaar, which is already being offered as an authentication mechanism by UIDAI, can be made seamless if mobile numbers of individuals are linked to their Aadhaar numbers. This would do away with users providing Aadhaar number for every transaction as their mobile numbers would represent their Aadhaar number.

Ideas and suggestions are welcome on the Concept Paper on how mobile phones and Aadhaar could be linked so that mobile phones can be used as instruments for online electronic authentication of individuals’ identities.

The suggestions may include technical architecture and solutions, Use Cases, policy guidelines, process improvements, implementation mechanisms, etc.

The last date for submission of your comments is 12th February, 2015.

This is very good initiative i would like to give few ideas to PM MODI SIR so that we can protect our environment without any investment but instead we will also benefited financially.I can can also make a device which can work without any input (without electricity,solar,fuel,).but the problem is...due to .lack of platform we youngsters cant able to share our innovative ideas.

This is a good initiative to open the account of each person in India. I request to Modi Ji, that after getting open the account of each person, above than Rs. 100 note should be roll back and abolish. Govt. should take initiative to operate plastic money for big transaction so that transparency can be come. After getting this initiative, corruption can be decrease upto 90 to 95%.

During Buddha and Ashoka period no normal Hindu woman use to put Bindi on forehead. Only dancers. See sculptors made during that period. Can any one tell when this Bindi system in started. Please note only male were allowed to put Bindi.

Jaihind Sir, Digital India ke antargat, Rs 1000/- se jyada ka transaction online hona chahiye. Online matlab ya to debit card ya to credit card ya to internet banking se. Isse hum black money ko control kar sakate hai. Aur Rs 500/- aur Rs 1000/- ki notes ko vapas le lijiye. Taki ham fake notes ko bhi control kar sake.

For shri Narendra Modi , sir my suggestion is to develop a software based system for those students and working people who are studying and working in different states and due to exams and heavy workload reasons they are not able to go to their cities at the time of election. so sir by which we can register ourself and then we become able to give vote at that current city . Government can also apply some little bit fee for the registration. Sir so so many votes can be saved.

Mobile as digital identity is the Need of the Hour.in future every thing is going to be digital and online hence Digital Identity is essentially required in India.every thing should be linked and with one go all information required shall be available of course with security tag....

Regarding Service Tax Returns for individual when individual do not provide any more services under service tax, but still NIL return needs to be filled. If case of failure NIL return attracts penalty. No clear policy is available for termination of service tax registration. OR the process for NIL return should be simpler.

For Shri Narendra Modi, Sir pls consider a DNA based cryptographic identification database and verification mechanism initially for all central govt employees especially linked to national security plus a comprehensive facility access tracking mechanism for defense forces and all critical national security related facilities. Further hav a central monitoring room for the above.
