This is the problem everywhere in submission to Gov., very limited size of the file. Please make it unrestricted so people can discuss fully.Continuing from my last post, (5) None of Gov. efforts will succeed unless it is supported by regional and national industries, hence Industries participation is a must. (6) Once industries participate with funds, have trainees to get real exposure with paid internship to utilize and sharpen their skills.

We already have ITIs and PTCs. Infrastructure is there. Develop and enable them to include new and demanding skills training in the fields that our Gov is in full swing to implement such as: (1) all constructions related manpower skills ( all kinds of related vehicle operators, Plumbing, Painting, wood working, tiles and marble installers, masonry etc.) (2) Metal working (machining, fabrication, processing) (3) Lab Technicians (Metallurgical & Medical) (4)Security guards,Drivers etc. Jai Ho.

Government could use school/college labs/infrastructure to conduct these courses in the night or Weekends when these bodies are closed thus not affecting their current routine.
Government could pay a small fee to colleges to maintain it.

Government should not depend upon private institutes to impart training, they are just money making machines.Courses which are offered through SKill India program through different training vendors are very expensive, courses which are offered at Rs 50,000 though them is easily available online at max $50 with much better quality, only english medium is concern here.

Report states problems only and does not provide any solution to them. Report should have mentioned the pain points of all the stakeholders and thus eliminating them.
There are four stake holders: Students, Training Vendors, Companies and Government. Dashoard should be maintained depicting there problems, MSDE should take action to resolve
them by framing a policy around them and monitor this dashboard on monthly basis.

We should encourage experienced persons to impart their skills and experience to new comers. If they are willing to impart their experience and skill generously, newcomers should also learn maximum and make best effort to learn from it. Such learning sessions can organised everywhere in every skill field.

#MSDE For students that have passed courses in engineering, management, journalism, catering, fashion, etc. government should open a skill training center where graduates from different disciplines that have not got the job should be trained and then assisted by the government to get the job.
This will also solve the problem of un-employment as it is because of unskilled persons. If they are given the skill they will get the job.

Sir, there should be compulsory skill development program for all undergraduates and post graduate students. Government should open skill centers in institutes, universities itself so that all students to be trained properly for their respective courses.
For ex- UPTU has approx 700 colleges comprising eng & management but very few produce skilled students. If in these institutes skill centers will be opened students will be trained in their course duration itself.
