Formal Education is the systematic method of gaining knowledge..some of which is just for developing better understanding/grasping etc. However, skill is a current phenomenon. You can add skill based on current needs of the world, skills help in quick commercial gains. Eg, after BE, if you learn Computer aided design software skill, is better chance of employment. Another example, developing new Apps for mobile. For Entrepreneurship you should find the 'need' of the market & work on new ideas.

Sir I want share my ideas on Post Experience Qualification which is the true mechanism skill development.Today in particular govt jobs only Post qualification experience is considered. i request to govt please consider pre-qualification and this could milestone in skill development. In my opinion skill develop qualification after experience is more innovative & result oriented. I also completed Cost Accountant after 15 years of experience in MSEDCL but not any opportunity . Introduce innovator badges in MyGov. An Innovator badge is given for every innovative idea given in MyGov website. To become an IAS/IPS/Group I/Bank PO you need 5 innovator badges. To get admission into IIM, you need 5 innovator badges. To get a job in IT, you may need 3 badges. This will increase the participation in mygov website and people start thinking about country. This will bring out innovation people to the forefront and they solve the problems of country.
