Govt. should force electronic goods sellers to collect electronic waste if purchaser shows purchase bill otherwise govt. should open toll free number to log request for collection of e-waste with pin code number and then the call center pass-on the information to collection agencies mostly appointed by electronic good manufacturers and suppliers in India. Govt. approved call centers can do coordination for manufacturers, suppliers and disposal agencies.
