Kalyan-Dombivli is one of the 98 cities shortlisted to be developed as a ‘Smart City’ under the Smart Cities Mission of the Government of India. Kalyan Dombivli is in the process of revising the smart city proposal to participate in the Round-2 of Smart City Challenge.

KDMC appreciates the continuous support from citizens in the preparation of the plan. Further, the corporation invites the views and suggestions of the citizens on the draft proposal prepared for Kalyan-Dombivli. We hereby request you to provide us your valuable insights and suggestions on the proposal.

• रेल्वे स्टेशन स्कायवॉक वरून सिटी बसेसच्या थांब्यावर थेट उतरण्याची सुविधा तसेच स्टेशन परिसरात सिटी बसेससाठी थांबे तयार करणे, त्यावर जाहिरातीच्या माध्यमातून उत्पन्न मिळविणे.

• महापालिका परिसरात स्वच्छता ठेवणे करिता प्रत्येक नागरिकांनी रस्त्यावर कचरा फेकणार्‍यास किवा मोकळ्या जागेवर शौचालय करणार्‍यवार रोख स्वरुपात दंडात्मक कारवाई आकरण्यात आली पाहिजे. त्याकरिता महापलिकेने पाहणी करिता कंत्राटदाराची नेमणूक केली पाहिजे. जेणेकरून महापालिकेस उत्पन्न मिळेल व नागरिकांना चांगले वळण लागेल व आपले शहर स्वच्छ राहण्यास मदत होईल.

• महापालिकेमध्ये थोर व्यकितीच्या पुण्यतिथी व जयंती सादरी केली जाते. त्यावेळी फोटोला पुष्पहार अर्पण करण्या ऐवजी त्या दिवसाची आठवण म्हणून वृक्षारोपण व वृक्षसंगोपन केले पाहिजे.

• प्रत्येक इमारतीमध्ये किवा कॉम्पलेक्स मध्ये गांडूळ खत प्रकल्प राबविण्या करिता महापालिकेने तरतूद करून दिली पाहिजे. त्याचप्रमाणे कंत्राटदार नेमून त्यांच्या मार्फत ओला कचरा रोज टाकीमध्ये जमा करून गांडूळ खत तयार करण्यात आले पाहिजे.

1. Wide Roads in Motorable Conditions. 2. Gardens with Amusement Facilities. 3. Direction Boards and locality descriptions on each roads should be displayed with proper street furniture. 4. Reservation for higher technical education should be made so that be medical and engineering colleges, can come up in be corporation area so that KDMC area becomes be education HUB in the MMR region. 5. Power Sweeping should be introduce in the corporation as early as possible.

Kalyan Dombivali municipal corporations's people need for smart city for smart transport smart housing, best and next practices of sanitation and clean city is better for everyone. so it's development for every people who lived in kalyan dombivali municipal corporations area. so it's my various obligations to k.d.m.c to implement as early as possible in our city.
