Countries need to know how many people are born and die each year – and the main causes of their deaths – in order to have well-functioning health systems. ... Civil registration provides the basis for individual legal identity but also allows countries to identify their most pressing health issues.

Womans are taking so much trouble to hold the child in her womb for nine months. after that she is taking utmost care of her child to protect from odd and evils. inspite of doing all this things she is not getting any honour from her child. so I request all the authority of birth and child registration to include mother name in birth certificate before father. please recognise mother's place in children's life 🙏🙏

Dear Honerable Prime Minister Modiji I suggest that in Birth certificate of new born child Mother name should be included along with father. so that woman will get equal status along with man for eg. Name of child - Mother name - father name - Surname like Krishna Draupadi Babi Gawas please uphold and do the needful 🙏🙏

No baby of an Indian citizen should not get trouble to get birth certificate , same time no outsider should not get citizenship. That means process should be transperant, honest and time framed.

birth certificate is as important as death certificate. Govt must have data of each and every citizen of the country.. and people of the country must know how we take it as responsibility to enroll in this certification.
