Very useful this amendment.
In the section 2 (Definitions and interpretation) of this act term “ product of conception” is used for human birth whcich is objectionable . Also it is not suitable in Indian context and in the country of “Vedas” . All human beings are a divine creation of their mother not a product.
In (d) ,(c) and (g) of this Section "divine creation or “divine creature” or creature of conception may be used instead of “product of conception”.
2nd suggestion would be..registration process must be simple because kya hota hai ki india ki 70% population aaj bhi goan mn hai and literacy rate bhut hi kum hai so it's very difficult to teach each and everything in detail so I just request ....please jo bhi act new bna rhe hai ya amendment kr rhe hai unka jitna ho sake utna simple version rkho ...Thank you !!
Firstly it is the good initiative in modi government that most of the old acts amendment has started The NPR already has a database of 119 crore residents and under the Citizenship Rules, 2003, it is the first step towards the creation of the National Register of Citizens (NRC) and The birth certificate is the first right of the child and it is the first step towards establishing its identity
To establish age for insurance purposes.
For registering in National Population Register (NPR).
Compulsory production of death certificate for the purpose of inheritance of property and for claiming dues from insurance companies and other companies.
The birth certificate is the first right of the child and it is the first step towards establishing its identity. The following compulsory uses of birth and death certificates are emerged:
For admission to schools.
As proof of age for employment.
For proof of age at marriage.
To establish parentage.
To establish age for purpose of enrollment in Electoral Rolls.
A new Section 3 A is proposed to be inserted in the Act, which says, “The Registrar General, India shall maintain the database of registered births and deaths at the national level, that may be used, with the approval of the Central government, to update the Population Register prepared under the Citizenship act 1955;
Good 👍 👍
Acha Act banaya hai PM Modi Ji ne 👏👏👏👏👏
