As we all indians know the fact that most of 80 percent of indidual those who are born before 1962 are not having digital birth certificate and they are using passport as date of birth proof. Kindly arrange online registration system for them and issue digital birth certificate to all the above noted age-group please.
I suggest for birth certificate hospital or parents declaration to be proof and can.be accepted as even Govt authorities depends on it and we are forced to wonder around them and delayed.For death burial ground certificate can be accepted to avoid delay in issuing and bribery in issue

1) While going through attached PDF for consultation, in section 2, foetal death definition is seen. This data may be maintained separately and should not be mixed up with main data of Birth and Deaths. This can be maintained under Abortion, Miscarriage, & MTP as embryo is not fully developed to be independent entity.
2) Pl provide editable word document file so that we can give suggestions comments in the file itself.
3) Death of delivery/un-sustained birth, may be defined.
Birth /Death should be registered with full details like Covid Platform. India should know these details real time. all districts, taluka covered based on multiple pltforsm delivery place , mothers adhar . BPL card . the data should show like 1st /2nd dose , 1st child 2nd child, 3rd child etc. List by father, mother >3 . Like NE visit calendar, all MP/MLAs /corporators should visit the heroines/heroes > 3 child . Kerala educated But most women >10 children ! not 1 DD/MLA/MP visited>5year ?
All Private and Government hospitals should maintain software in their computer systems to record the birth and death of a person , and give certificate then and their it self to maintain correct procedure, so that, correct and systematic operation take place , and their should be no chance for corruption.
Hospital where birth takes place , and any Post office should on line register births and deaths.The form for registration should include names of parents Aadhar mobile telephone doctor and nurses name. The registration number should be similar to format for vehicle registration and include state,District,order of birth, year and quarter in code form and serial names.For example KA TK AA 2- 8888.odd numbers for males and even number for female.Means child born in the first quarter of year in ..

Birth and death certificate should be on the spot before police and a eminent member of the community.This should be on online and digital certificate on the spot issue.Levels of death say age 0-5,5-10,...20-25-30...60-65-70-75... etc and birth male/female should have digital record.This benefits family planning, solving social problems etc.It has good impact on juridical procedures and policies relates.Digital data means spot data will ensure to our National built in positive response
