If there is no redium on vehicles,so registration must be cancelled or the owner of vehicle must be charged high panalty.

There must be a compulsary rule for vehicles specially for heavy vehicles like tractor-trolly, trucks that they have proper redium on it because there is a posibility in reduction of roadways accident due to attachment of redium in trollies in rural areas specially.

Sir there'r two problems in the way of 100% cash less transaction 1st is lake of knowledge & resources which can be resolve by time & efforts. But the main problem is unaccounted income of officer's politicians & businessman they wants their expenditure in cash because there income can be calculated by their expenditure if they made that in cash less system. Empasize on separate tracks for by cycles and walkers.plant trees on all public places that will give good and positive feelings. Put slogans for good governance and cleanliness . Drinking water facilities and very cleanly public toilets.well connected roads to bus stations and rural places.
