Fit India is only possible when what you Eat or Drink is healthy for that all of us have to boycoot The MILK of jersey cows and Hoestein cows it's slow poison it will also ensure our India cow more safety and priority becoz Gaumata is far more better and most importantly People will get real Milk with that more Gaumatas demand will be there + slaughter houses will automatically be locked down ,jersey cow has only 3-4 elements where as Cows has 1500 +,If Gaumata Alive India Alive + whole world .

Sir, Would like you to initiate some nation wide program to inculcate the importance of fitness from childhood and make it a part of daily routine like how one brush our teeth or take a bath everyday. Making it part of formal education and mandatory for every child to pass physical and mental fitness would benefit future generation a lot .

adrniya Pm sir ke charno mai namn fit rahne ke liye subh minral vitamin wala juice like masumi loki sitafal anar thn morning time yoga prnayam thn slawd and helathy diet dhai (9) am and sprouts and thn lassi with bnana uske bad eve mai little diet and cow milk kabi daliya kabi khichdi,kabi dal full focus health per deta hun
