National youth policy. Young talented minds are pillars of future of any country. United struggle of focused minds decide the course of development.Countries strength is broad minded youth irrespective of religion dedicated to the goal of peace, harmony & happiness. This will be the return of the Golden Era. All human brains are same with different capabilities. The problem is with written software called religions. To safeguard from one and other with certain variations are made to show off superiority. If this could be distinguished peace will prevail irrespective of religions. Finally it's same air to breathe, water to drink & blood running in all humans with different blood groups. Looks philosophical but is the truth. United youth is development & pride of a great country. To excel in every field with developed countries is the race. Talented youths with six sigma concept approach in serving the world in every field will be the deciding factor in this competitive world.

Dear honorable members,
Combining the efforts of the ministry of education and the sports ministry we could possibly look at creating common sports facilities in every district.
This facility could be used by all schools in the area by booking time slots for students. The objective is to allow students to pursue more than one sport with coaches who can guide them. As seen in current scenario most of the schools planned earlier lack good sports facilities. This model will deal with space restrictions in schools and provide students an opportunity to try different sports and choose the one that they most enjoy. Excelling in sports requires coaching at an early stage and state level coaches could find such facilities very useful in training and selecting students for the bigger sports academies where they can be groomed for big events.
In this model where a common sports facility is built around a cluster of schools transport within the area could be something worth considering

Promote Education Portals such as Swayam NPTEL etc. so that Engineering, Medical etc students get benefitted. There for Medical, Law streams don't have much subjects to learn increase them like the Engineering and Management Streams.
Companies providing jobs must visit that site and connect Swayam and Job Portal sites on mutual scale so that recruiters can know such such students have acquired such such skills and knowledge for easy recruitment but don't make Sawayam like a job portal or like LinkedIn. Swayam is an education app and should be utilized for that purpose but a mutual connections between recruiters and Swayam Must be made.
Provide more exam cities for job recruitment exams say atleast upto tier 2 cities like Gorakhpur, Hoogly, Bhadrak, Dimapur, Asansol, Hubli, Faridkoth, Chandrapur, Gadchiroli, Begum etc. This will save traveling and accommodation cost for students

fully utilized there in Denmark or Iceland. Yes they don't have population like India but they need to work less because every citizen's potential is utilized there. We can’t compare this to Japannecause they have a less population to maintain such economy at which they are standing i.e. rank 3. Therefore they can't give time to family but people in Denmark can. We need to think on it. We have a good population but we have low gender gap index and happiness index ranking. If we can improve on this scale nation will get benefitted definitely because now every other young person whether men or women are taking care of the family mutually and has two or more sources of income not one where parent and in laws can depend on them and the son and daughters & daughter in laws can contribute to betterment of them, physically, economically etc. because we have a good population, this may reduce working hours in offices also to male employees happy, with less thinking towardsearningthantalent

not from only half viz. male citizens. This message atleast the essence of it should be spread in villages also no matter the women are uneducated their for se reason say poverty or other things.Their full potential must be utilized by the nation. We have also seen the girls in village areas or who are from Tribal areas have a huge potential in art craft works and also in sports but they are not utilized for the nation's betterment. Mostly woman are married their at 19 or sometimes even at 18 years with a 10 years older person. Woman talent get unutilized amd they are restricted to either homes or with the duty to bring water from wells. We have seen also that girls from villages did better in sports in the recent Olympics, Khelo India sports events.Recently you visited Denmark it's one of the happiest and economically stable nations whose gender gap index remains in top 5 always. We have a better example than even USA, Britain or other western nations. It's because the woman potential is

of say 6 people, if his wife also earns something for the family anyhow. This doesn't include only Engineers, Doctors or Lawyers but includes nurses, police officers, a simple fish, fruit or vegetable seller woman or even woman working as Contruction site labour, masioner, or Tea Plantation worker or a woman with Sickles in hand in the paddy fields. But the women citizens must be utilized by the nation because the girl who is a prodigy during School days or College days say in Engineering field must be utilized by the nation as an Engineer not as a woman who is married at 19 or 21 without either her consent or without her full development and is bounded in a 10×10 foot kitchen whole day and night with a veil on head.My words may not be useful to get included in the draft but the idea can be utilized for the betterment of the nation.Yes keeping in mind that neither parents or parent in laws get harrased by their daughter or daughter in laws.Nation wants full potential from it's citizens...

Honorable members,
Let's also look at ways in which we can ensure every village child goes through schooling atleast. There may be many constraints in a child's life. Some children may have parents who push them to achieve excellence in life while others may not be so fortunate. For some children sustenance means to help their parents at their work while others may face day to day problems like water, electricity, study material etc. Hence, it may be a good idea to look at a model where students can congregate at a place in the village where everything is taken care of. They can study collectively, be given guidance by teachers to complete their homework and may be have counseling services to motivate them to go on and chase their dreams despite all odds in life. Many children need motivation and also a place where they can go and get answers for their problems. Such a center will make them deal with the challenges of life much better and collectively do their prep work as well.
