The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) is a highly vibrant and dynamic sector of the Indian economy with over 6 Crore units, providing employment to 11 Crore+ people (after Agriculture), having 28% share of GDP and 40% of exports. Like other sectors, MSME also has been adversely affected in terms of productivity during COVD 19. Accordingly, the efficiency and productivity of MSME assume further significance to achieve overall objectives of economic development and a V shape recovery of the Indian Economy.

Draft National Policy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in India is a continuation of various measures taken to date to promote competitiveness, technology upgradation, infrastructure, cluster development, dedicated credit, procurement of products & financial assistance to MSME.

Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises invites stakeholders, Industry Associations, MSME units and general public to share suggestions and comments on the Draft Policy. The purpose is to firm up adaptive and inclusive National Policy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.

Three to four days work for employees with remaining days in the week for them to learn college higher education. This will bring youngsters who want industry experience while doing their studies. Government owned lands can be developed for such enterprises and provided for lease. Provide all facilities including transport, food, education, stay and security nearby in every city. Encourage women friendly as well as for married couples to work in nearby companies.

Draft are good and well for msme I add some more suggestion are:- ●Msme bond market ●Create an independent Msme regulator(focus on formalisation of msme sector ) ●Improve ease of doing business ●Reforms labours to allow scaling up ●Make a separate portal for msme to start their business and also take advantage from all the scheme than run by states as well as central government for msme. ●make an online portal or partnerships with private company portal to sell the msme products direct to consumers and to hire the labours direct through portal not by advertising ●Also by providing infrastructure facilities like ware houses,or give infrastructure to msme to operators free(not take rent) for one to two years to make profitable their business ●Encourage the manufacturing based startups or msme. ●solve the problem of credit conundrum for msme ●Encourage them for scaling up their business Make a portal windows to start their business easy way .

Teaching financial mgmt and business related skills from young age to every person si that they can find ease in developing their own msmes. Internship facilities, capital provision based on their performance only. Innovating and technically upgrading the method of working so that India don't lose working hours.

msme की पहचानने के लिए सर्वेक्षण किया जाना जरूरी है कियोकि अभी भी ज्यादा सेवा की जरूरत होती है । और उन में सक्षम हैं उन्हें बन्शी रहना पड़ता है ।

For msme,, those proprietor or firm have less than 5 lac turnover of GSt by providing facilities of them subsidiary loan for ease doing business, and training with skill or institutional training in that fee they do business.
