Inviting Suggestions on Draft India Data Accessibility & Use Policy 2022

The draft India Data Accessibility and Use Policy was published on MeitY website on February 21, 2022. Since its publication, MeitY has been receiving several comments and suggestions on the draft policy. It’s also observed that there is a need to bring in some more clarity with regard to some of the clauses in the draft policy so that the objectives of the Data Accessibility policy to enable better services is made amply clear. These clauses will be finalized after getting inputs of stakeholders in the consultation process Accordingly the draft policy document for consultations is being shared here.

Chip embedded Aadhar cards shall be issued to all citizens. Aadhar card must be verified using chip reader in all transactions with the government departments or private organisations. In UAE this kind of system is followed for issuing mobile sim cards, opening bank accounts, for verification of identity by police, for issuing traffic challan, postman during postal deliveries, health care in hospitals, health/vehicle insurances, for money transfer etc,. Also for expats this is issued as a replacement for employment /resident visas. By following this foolproof system many frauds can be eliminated. Government should think of upgrading our system. Ours is Aadhaar Card system in India - In UAE it is Emirates ID system.

data का उपयोग हो, सही data का आदान प्रदान हो तो आनेवाली पिढी विकसित होगी। ज्ञान का मुख्य आधार ही डेटा संकलन हैं।

श्रीमान माननीय प्रधानमंत्री महोदय भारत सरकार नई दिल्ली महोदय, मेरे सुझाव पर ध्यान देने का कष्ट करें सब कहते हैं बेरोजगारी ज्यादा है कोई नहीं कहता की आबादी ज्यादा है आबादी में बढ गई बेरोजगारी बढ़ी। बैठ के खाने वाले ज्यादा है काम ना होने के कारण यही है निर्भर और आत्मनिर्भर आत्म निर्भर अभियान के तहत क्या सरकार को भी आत्मनिर्भर नहीं होना चाहिए सरकार है फ्री बांटने के लिए टैक्सपेयर्स पर निर्भर क्यों रहती है महोदय मेरी बात बुरी लगे या भली आखिर में सच तो बोलना ही पड़ेगा महोदय, दो बच्चों का कानून नहीं तो हम ज्यादा बच्चे बालों के लिए टैक्स का बोझ क्यों सहेंगे कृपया करके इस बात पर विचार करें या समस्या समस्त देशवासियों की है आपसे अनुरोध करते हैं कि आप इस समस्या पर एक बार स्वयं विचार करें

Data is a digital assets of any country .How it should use and procure data for future . 1 A national data centre should be established for collect data and procure it. 2 A law should be formed for regulation and guideline about data use. 3 Digital awareness campaign should be launched for aware about it and take safety action. 4 Public and private data should be stored in different server for safety.

Internet in Space is not under any nations governance or judistriction. So just like nations should protect their data locally within the nations network it should also make sure that any data equipment launched into the space is not conflicting with the nations strategic interest. Just like global finance reserves... global data is another that could be manipulated by political interest Protect the data of the nation within the nation and in space

The focus has to be on PII usage and stopping misuse of the PII data. Misuse of ID or name should be a punishable offense both for individuals or organizations. PII = Personal Identifiable Data.
