Inviting Suggestions on Draft India Data Accessibility & Use Policy 2022

The draft India Data Accessibility and Use Policy was published on MeitY website on February 21, 2022. Since its publication, MeitY has been receiving several comments and suggestions on the draft policy. It’s also observed that there is a need to bring in some more clarity with regard to some of the clauses in the draft policy so that the objectives of the Data Accessibility policy to enable better services is made amply clear. These clauses will be finalized after getting inputs of stakeholders in the consultation process Accordingly the draft policy document for consultations is being shared here.

Blockchain technology ke data me koi badlav Karne ke Liye. update Blockchain store se badlav kar sakenge . INDIA Especially SELF SUFFICIENT must Develop their Own Software and OPERATING SYSTEMS with Various ROBOTICS - HUMAN Creative Versions TECHNICALLY ADEPT for Various GOVERNMENT OPERATIONS AND MANAGEMENT through AI , Machine Learning , etc. 2). INDIAN STANDARD INSTITUTE MUST BE RE-INNOVATED AND REDEFINED WITH VARIOUS INCORPORATIONS ACROSS POLICIES AND PATENTS.

Respected sir, These draft like a business of people data . In this draft not mentioned about license who access data. if you passed these draft for benefits of people then priority is transparency which is not present. Meaning of Business means only Profit not a welfare . So in draft first amendment for transparency then you will be passed for welfare of people. Thanks!

My Dear Sir/Madam, I saw news foreign companies are pushing back on data protection. Why do we need mnc for every thing. We have so many hard working, educated and intelligent Indians and we should rely on startups, contests, hackhaton, academic inputs, whole of Govt, etc. I am very happy Meity launched so many contests for last mile connectivity and poor rural remote ppl. I am also in this effort. We dont have to rely on companies like starlink, our own India has work. I also gave my inputs to Govt center and then IITM also doing contest and I got data. We should not relax our data protection requirements, atleast provide incentive for those who follow Indian data protection rules Best wishes and regards Manish
