MADAD is an effort of the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) to extend a helping hand to Indians abroad requiring consular assistance.

MADAD allows direct registration of the grievances by the members of the public and effective monitoring of the grievance handling process thereafter, until it is redressed.

MADAD incorporates several innovative features such as flexible architecture to handle a variety of grievances, linking of similar grievances on the basis of passport number to avoid duplication, automatic escalation and enhancement of priority, provision for a call centre in the future to handle telephonic queries, and colour-coded dashboards for easy assessment and monitoring.

sir i was confused where to write it..forgive me for this mistake.. sir, most humbly and respectfull i beg to say that about few years ago there was a protest going on against establishment of foreign companies in india and on WTO rules and regulations which was accepted by indian goverment.this movement called AJADI BACHAO AANDOLAN was being led by sir RAJIV DIXIT.After his unexpected death no one is talking about these things.Why can't we promote his ideas and thoughts?

Yes , this should be done with all ministry to start "Madad" for Indians whose grievance goes deaf and particularly grievance are related public or group of entrepreneurs which actually can be solved on central suggestions or directive to state under center-state relationship.

Dear Sir your JDY and MUDRA Scheme you say you benefitted The People, but those who are benefitted know it all, and those not benefitted know it too. Its only the Criminal and Corrupt PSB Babus who benefitted to fill their own coffers. Proof you want, right here for you, sir. Please do justice with your 130 Crores of People.

I have had a very bad experience with the OCI department , they say 42 days max the OCI application will be handled but for me even converting PIO to OCI is still under process and it's been almost 60 days and I have send emails to various people connected with OCI /MEA all I get a reply is we have forward your query to this and this , it's like passing the ball game. I am fed up to be frank. not sure why the OCI department can't work like the passport seva who have improved their delivery.
