INDIA is now as rich and prosperous as She was 500 Years back. The opportunity seeking NRI's will by any way find there way to India.

All overseas Indians will be grateful to Ministry of External Affairs headed by Smt.Sushma Swaraj if Consular and other offices promptly attend to the requests (like issue of oci card)received from our NRIs and resolve the problems within specific time schedule.

All Foreign Citizens with or without PIO/OCI card have to fill up the Arrival Card when Immigration is done. GOI has a online system elsewhere in which many of us can print a form which has a standard electronic code...as we do at supermarket...if we can upload the Arrival Card which an NRI/OCI Holder or other foreigner can fill in and print then the officer has to only scan the code generated prior.. to get online details already in GOVT website for a traveller. A great time saver!

I'm an Indian national residing abroad. Understood that Aadhar Card is a must for executing financial / other officials to do and tasks in India.
Do overseas missions of India cater the service for applying Aadhar card? Do the overseas Indians cast their votes through Indian mission overseas?
I think these basic facilities must made available to Overseas Indians, else Digital India movement will not be successful.
