The general public/stakeholder is hereby informed that the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) invites comments/suggestions on the amendment in “Apprentices Act,1961” with an objective to enhance the apprenticeship opportunities for youth.

Any person/stakeholder desirous of sending their comments/suggestions may do so through e-mail at anita.sriv@nic.in within thirty working days from the date of publication of the details of the invite.

apprenticeship should from first of college it self..each semester one month as apprenticeship program..in various field and various company..which will enhance carrier acumen of students as well industries and offices will get enough manpower at low cost to compete with foreign companies as like China

THE APPRENTICES ACT 1961 SHOULD BE AMENDED TO INCLUDE A MINIMUM GOOD STIPEND TO THE APPRENTICES WHO ARE RECRUITED BY THE INDUSTRIAL ESTABLISHMENTS FOR APPRENTICES LEVEL OF WORK AS TRAINEES / ASSISTANTS / HELPER - SKILLED - SEMI SKILLED WORK - THE APPRENTICES ACT SHOULD PROVIDE FOR A MINIMUM LEVEL OF STIPEND DURING THE PERIOD OF TRAINING - CUM WORK AND - THE APPRENTICES SHOULD BE REGISTERED WITH THE STATE / CENTRAL - APPROPRITE AUTHORITIES IN THE ACT FOR PROTECTION OF THE RIGHTS UNDER THE ACT

Generally it is seen that student/employee in specialised subject do other job in office or student/employee has not perfect in their interested job in office. Every students/employees has their particular profession. If they do job within their profession, it make perfect hand for that job and if they do apprenticeship/training within their profession, it is good for students/employees because of getting update skill and it is good for offices/companies because of getting work progress.

My suggestion is that Before the start of Specific practical training in Apprenticeship in each trade must accompany the theory classes of the trade e.g.Welding, Electrical equipments-repair, Mobile & Computer repair, etc. Accordingly, each Trade-theory syllabus be formed to cover all parameters of a particular Trade. These theory classes are conducted by the senior staff who are well conversant on the trade. This will result in perfect orientation when Apprenticeship is completed to get Job.

Apprentice training companies must be qualified to offer at least 2 temporary jobs per year in the Trade. Companies that are not qualified to create employment should not be allowed to provide apprenticeship training. It is sufficient to allow apprentices at the rate of 20% of the total staff. Companies that allow more than 500 apprentices should provide hostels and meals for apprentices. Do not provide apprenticeships that are not related to their industry.

SIR, ASK THEM WHAT ARE THE MAIN CAUSES OF CONTRACT/ OR PARTS OF MACHINE WHICH MAKES CONTRACT MOVE VIABLE WHILE EXECUITING. THAT HAS TO BE REMEMBER TRAIN THEM HOW SYSTEM IS WORKING ANY PROBLEM IS OCCURE HOW HE RESOLVE THE QUERY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THIS WILL TEST HOW HE SOLVE THE PROBLEM IN QUICK TIME. IF SUPERIOR IS NOT LISTINING THEN GO AND GET THE WORK DONE WITH HIS PLACE WITH SOFT SPEAK THE SUPERIOR DOES NOT FEEL BAD BE PUNCTUAL & HARDWORKING ALWAYS TRY TO LEARN THEN GIVE THEM INCREAMENT.

More job opportunities should be created. Small scale industries should be encouraged and mass shifting to cities should be stopped through various start ups.

SIR, TRAINEE WHEN WE RECUITE WE HAVE TO PROVIDE THE INITIALLY SIMPLE WORK FOR THAT WE HAVE TO PROVIDE THE INSTRUMENTS, MACHINE, COMPUTER ON WHICH THEY CAN LEARN FOR MONTH AND WE HAVE TO OBSERVE THAT HE IS DOING THE WORK PROPERLY OR NOT ONE HE UNDERSTAND THE WORK WE HAVE TO GIVE ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITY SO THAT HIS COUROCITY IN WORK IN ENHANCE GIVE THEM TIME TO UNDERSTAND THE MACHINE OR READ THE CONTRACT WHAT ARE THE LOOPHOLE IN CONTRACT AS PER THE BILLING DETAILS BEFORE INSERTING IN SYSTEM.

Mera ye nibedan ha sarkar se ke apprentice candidates ko jo jin sector me entrepreneurs training karrahe he unko usi Sector me usi company me regular kia jay kiu ke unlog me already iti passed out candidates he aur unlog phir se apprentice exam vi passed out karta he to unlog double skill person ho ke vi unlogo ko nokri nahi milti ye bohot annay ha is bat ko acche se gor karna chaiye is ke upar jalse jal hal nikla chaiye kitne nojaban jinlog apprentice karke baitha he please

Apprentice for govt firm can be started after one completes the military training of six months, once selected for the post, i.e. if selected for the job first he / she should attend military training and then start actual job training / apprentice . If applicable to all , much more better . Apprentice may be minimum for 6 months and an exam of department knowledge should be conducted to have transparency with a minimum passing marks up to 70% if failed, another 6 months trainingThisi
