Apprenticeship should be encouraged in various govt. Departments. For people with low income household background and differently abled persons should be given additional allowance to encourage participation in learning courses and jobs. There should be certain small awards contests and informatory seminars with small cash prizes. The term "Apprentice" should be clearly defined and Apprenticeship contract should be heavily legalized to ensure working rights of the apprentice and the employer.

If failed in job knowledge exam for 2 / 3 times shall be debarred from the job. This apprentice period for students also be with same guide lines of military training for 6 months followed by actual apprentice training . if this is followed one will see the best outcome from young generation.

Apprentice for govt firm can be started after one completes the military training of six months, once selected for the post, i.e. if selected for the job first he / she should attend military training and then start actual job training / apprentice . If applicable to all , much more better . Apprentice may be minimum for 6 months and an exam of department knowledge should be conducted to have transparency with a minimum passing marks up to 70% if failed, another 6 months training

It is better that the students selected for the apprentiship of course all of them but by the company which can absolve them also as employee It should be mandatory to all compnies to employ only ITI qualified and trained skilled workers All the appointment be made through employment exchange who should enroll the candidates passed out to be registered automatically The technical institutions recognised need to be reviewed as many candidates do not have basic knloledgevof engineering

All the institution providing technical qualification should be reviewed because there are Many TECHNICAN INSTITUTION only selling certificates and provide proper apprentiship also on papers without any one attending the class 7This has to much discrimination in employment as those from paper institution get job at lesser salary and get experience in real time and have reached GM level without knowledge of basic engineering In apprentiship the regulator should check the basic knowledge and reg
