My suggestions are
1. Reduce, Reuse, Recycle is mantra.
2. We have to buy electronic electric gadgets whenever required are home or individual. Avoiding unwanted buying.
3. Possible ways extending the life of electric or electronic gadgets by proper maintenance regularly
4. Repairing the replaceable parts possible ways and using extending life
5. If gadget not useful give it to donation , selling old shops, or wherever properly they will take for recycling.

The circular economy means an economic system being developed eliminate waste and continual use of resources. The electronic waste involves large number of harmful chemicals to people and the environment such as mercury, lead, cadmium etc Improper handling of this waste results in pollution of soil, water, and air. However , if it is handled properly , we can recover , reuse l& recycle large number of valuable metals, chemicals and other materials. The issue of draft guideline is welcome step.
