Hon'ble Finance Minister, Also kindly look in to the issues relating to the Capital gains while entering in to Development Agreements. There is no clear law about this. Logically, no tax should be levied for the owner of the land when given for development as the owner loses the land and in lieu of the same gets some value of property equalant to the the foregone land. So taxing on notional basis of such transactions is highly illogical and causing lot of financial stress on the owners of land.

Honourable Finance minister, this is with reference to the suggestions called for forthcoming finance budget. Sir, in relation to TDS provisions, please give a thought about penalty for late filing of TDS returns which is Rs. 200 per day. In fact there is no necessity or need to file the quarterly returns as any person has to view the taxes updated by the deductors before filing their returns i.e. either July or September or October what ever it is. So annual filing of TDS returns will suffice.

I have seen only salaried employees income taxes are deducted by corporate companies through payroll... there are lot of mid and small shop keepers don't pay taxes for the money earned... also for people paying taxes are not given any advantage.. all are treated equally and most of government benefits poor or shown as poor... set up some default tax for people earning less and setup lot of tax authorities to identify people who has t pay taxes and give advantages to tax payers

Income tax is nothing but blindly following tradition. Those who earn more, spend little to get tax advisor's advice and pay lesser IT, but those who do job have to pay it fully even though they have big family and have financial problems. Merge it with GST for individuals and SMEs and we will get simplest Taxation method in the world.

Not sure if anyone read these.. But following are my 2 cents:
1. Income tax benefits for people with no or 1 child.
2. Reduce free benefits for people with less than 2 children. Why should a tax payee who lives responsibly pay for someone who doesn't understand his duties
3. Increase tax slabs and remove all unnecessary tax saving instruments there by making a simpler process

Hello,
One more point. Can you kindly look into below if feasible:-
For Salaried class citizens when buying their first home - Can you provide negotiated interest rates for bank loan (at say 5-6% max), and provide reduction in registration/stamp duty etc. This would really make us to be less indebted in future, and allow us to buy 1 apartment - Otherwise at current house rates it is impossible to buy and we continue staying in rent....

Hello,
In the upcoming budget of 2016 could kindly look into the feasibility of below:-
1) Increase all Income Tax slabs as per inflation on a yearly basis
2) Income on which once Income tax is paid, should not be further taxed anymore in the form of service tax, vat etc... This is resulting in people in 30% tax bracket ending up paying almost approx 50% tax for certain services once service tax/vat is added. This is resulting us in consuming a lot less for such things.

Tax Rebate should be given for usage of Debit/Credit Card for buying products and daily expenses(Grocery etc). Reduction is cash transaction will reduce black money in Market. Also infrastructure should be implemented which promote usage of Debit/credit card (like giving free card Sweep machines to small shopkeeper)

Hon'ble Finance Minister: As you know Senior Citizens/Retirees depend only on the interest income I would suggest the minimum interest on deposits for Senior Citizens should be 9 per cent or at least 1 percentage point additional interest be given, otherwise it will be eaten by the Inflation or the FD will be eroded and
No. 2) The exemption limit for Grand Senior Citizens should be lowered to 75 years as very few people reach at this age. I hope you'll consider. Thanks & very happy NewYear
