As India embarks on the journey of breaking into the top 5 major economies of the world there is a need to realize the Prime Minister's goal of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, and Sabka Vishwas. One of the foundation pillars for realizing this dream is to upskill and reskill individuals to supplement income and increase livelihood prospects.

A typical family in the Rurban parts of the country is managed by the homemaker who is generally the female member. She spends a substantial part of her day settling a variety of household errands and working through her daily job. However, after all this, she does have a few hours to spare which if put to productive use, could augment the income of the household significantly.

We call in your suggestions and ideas which would help such homemakers explore alternative income sources in their spare time.

,Indian cuisine has rich traditional culinary treasure. Specific/special food items (pickles,chutney,snack,dessert) prepared by homemakers of a particular region/place/ linguistic group/caste/community. This may be promoted through special brand. Benefits:Increase in household income, Help in retaining culinary skill &knowledge, job opportunities at micro level & promotion of Culinary Tourism at domestic&international level. Eg.undhiyu,magali kizhangu pickle, dodol,bisibelebath powder etc.

Present days it is requred to mobilise all the female members to involve in making small groups together to discuss and sharing the ideas for income generation, healthy life maintenance and scope to work any small industries or making small home based industries for making different products for used in daily life.

Home makers will play an important role in waste management. There are lot of methods of household waste management such as pot compost, pvc pipe compost etc. Incase if kitchen waste is managed properly by the homemaker then there will not be there any dumping yards. So if provisions are made by the government for encouraging waste management at home by providing training and also buying the same. By purchasing such home made compost by the recognised government agencies & they can be paid

My Views: For 1. less able becoming part of house hold items making organization. e.g. Potato chips, decorative items, local handicraft. 2. moderate able data entry, making group, government policy spreader 3. high able initially they have to be searched and motivated to prepare/ participate in future products. e.g. RFID, high demand products around the globe, sanitary pad firm etc.

To increase the family income, we have to give scope to our female members for their involvement in taking participation in decision making to generate healthy income. The females may be involved in doing tailoring, making pickels like products, spices, making toys for babies , tuitions, producing food products, involving online business, supporting to agricultural activities, collecting forest products, and others.

In the ptesent economies of the world there is a need to realize the Prime Minister's goal of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, and Sabka Vishwas. *To fulfill the above it requred to upskill and reskill individuals to supplement income and increase livelihood prospects. *Department of skill development is required to identify the internal skill of any individual through survey. Then the persons including female member is required to upskill for beterment in healthy wealthy life.

#MyGov All of us required one or other small services at our household & work place like we may need of electrician, plumber, fitter,carpenter,house maid Or We may required some items like food, medicines etc what we can do is lets develop an app there each citizen will register their skills & customer will post their requirement and each job will be having piece rate of wages so any nearby skilled man can provide service after accepting that job. similarly citizen can raise request for service
