As India embarks on the journey of breaking into the top 5 major economies of the world there is a need to realize the Prime Minister's goal of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, and Sabka Vishwas. One of the foundation pillars for realizing this dream is to upskill and reskill individuals to supplement income and increase livelihood prospects.

A typical family in the Rurban parts of the country is managed by the homemaker who is generally the female member. She spends a substantial part of her day settling a variety of household errands and working through her daily job. However, after all this, she does have a few hours to spare which if put to productive use, could augment the income of the household significantly.

We call in your suggestions and ideas which would help such homemakers explore alternative income sources in their spare time.

But what happens after next 25 years. All of the them became older and having no social security because most of them are working in unorganized or private sector.

Inter-village, inter-village and city and inter-city engagement of linking demand and supply of services and products with cultural nuances attached could be catalysed through technology help with simple UX design interface. Lot of opportunities exist in this field and requirement like Mehndi, kid and mother message as post natal care could easily be brought on local and digital market place. We are developing technology and training module where such revolution could be introduced.

They may create a small group and perform several activities together adjusting time available and should also create source of income wherever possible. Activities may include candle making, handicrafts, farming etc... Sources to make these people come out should be given from Panchayat basis.Awareness should be given to each and every family to eliminate gender inequality.

The homemakes those are interested to work and earn should form a group like SHG in their localities. They should try thier hand in activities like tiffen services, coaching classes, Stitching, parlor services & bakery. It will be a great opportunity for them to work from home and they will also develop a skill. Moreover, It will not only help them but will also be beneficial for the people in localities.

We have moved large number of people from villages who were doing agriculture/farming to cities for IT service jobs in the last 30 years. They sold their little properties and moved. Now those IT jobs are fast disappearing making the future of those people bleak. So, allow those people from agriculture/farming community to buy agricultural/farming land for agricultural related even if they do not have any agricultural income now. This will help homemakers to produce some supplemental income.

In My Point of view government promote startup that empowers household women to do some job during their spare time. If they require some small machinery for that . Government provide loans . Many industry require hand works Like textile industry, food processing industries, small electronic , horticulture in small scale etc . A door to door pickup and drop off services given for product that made by them .
