Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has said India’s G20 agenda will be inclusive, ambitious, action-oriented, and decisive, establishing a presidency of healing, harmony, and hope.

Automation and ground-breaking technological advancements are fundamentally changing the nature of work in more than one way. Trends such as demographic transitions and technological changes such as Industry 4.0, Web 3.0, and extended reality technology bring immense possibilities that will forever change lives. This would imply significant workplace transformations and changes in the future of work that would be beyond human imagination. And to thrive in this new ‘World of Work,’ it is vital that skilling stakeholders comprehend these new trends and capacitate the existing education and skilling ecosystems.

Therefore, basis the announcements made in the ongoing discussions in the G20 Education Working Group 2023, the key takeaways about the future of the work are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:

• The G20 Education Working Group has deliberated on pathways to make technology-enabled learning more inclusive, qualitative, and collaborative at every level.
• With the rise of automation across industries, it is imperative to mainstream foundational skills into the curriculum framework and facilitate dynamic learning over the life cycle to not only effectively measure the learning outcomes but also ensure people keep pace with the current factors of change. Education stakeholders must collaborate and focus on strengthening the foundational learning framework by leveraging technology and blended learning to ensure that students are equipped with the necessities for the future.
• The future of work is driven by the rising awareness of decarbonization and building a sustainable business, and the G20 countries recognise the importance of collective action in tackling environmental challenges as well as promoting transitions towards more flexible, transparent, and cleaner energy systems.

Here are some ideas for preparing India's workforce for the future of work: 1. Promote Digital Literacy: With the increasing digitalization of industries, it is crucial to promote digital literacy among the workforce. This includes basic computer skills, internet usage, and familiarity with digital tools and platforms. Government initiatives, public-private partnerships, and educational institutions can collaborate to provide digital literacy programs and training opportunities. 2. Enhance STEM Education: Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education plays a vital role in preparing individuals for emerging technological fields. Encouraging students to pursue STEM subjects, integrating STEM education into school curricula, and providing quality STEM-focused programs can foster the necessary skills and knowledge for the future workforce. 3. Emphasize Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills: As automation takes over routine tasks, skills like critical think

Namaste Modiji, Sir, you are the very "Jan " or soul of our country, as I believe like crores of people--at least for the poor & middle class. But Sir, sometimes few decisions turn out to be not fitting for majority, which badly need your kind attention. One of the most important decisions unfavourable for the masses is price hike of medicines causing immense distress to people. Please regulate this at least for the commonly used drugs. One way to do this is to revise the Janaushudhi programme by permitting only few costly medicines & releasing the most of the commonly used ones from it. As it was observed that after Janaushudhi launched, price of all drugs hiked in the market. Another way is to reduce & restrict the free supply to people--agricultural production reducing as active labour force shrinking due to free supply. I pray to you most humbly to consider these 2 issues which I believe will help all of us to build a strong working atmosphere and a powerful India..

Respected Modi ji, British sarkar(Govt of UK) ne recently 1.52 crore INR(£ 120k) dene ka ailaan kiya hai sabhi logo ko jinke health decline hue hai after covid 19 vaccination ! Kya aap ko lagta hai India mein aapke governance mein aesa next kuch scheme aaega ? Especially for the people who consumed covaxin (India made vaccines by BharatBioTech) ? I’ve been receiving a lot of texts on http://ngl.link/text_here_with_a_hint_if_ain't_comfy_in_dm for last few months/years that people in India in different states have been experiencing pain in deltoid/mammary(heart region) and now genital region cramps with an increase in wireless spectrum signals (2.4 GHz, 5 GHz and beyond). Sabko lagta hai it’s going to shape as a potential bio weapon in coming years , logo ko kathputali banaenge via wireless spectrum ; controlling their body’s internal organs !Kya aapki sarkaar ispe kuch scheme laegi to gain trust of educated youth like us who believed you from thaali peetna to vaccine lagana in lockdown?

The higher benefit in many government organizations had to reduced so that the public sector & private company employees get the benefit . In many other countries this much benefit are not given to defense men as the government make compulsory recruitment in youth & reduce the expenses of government in paying salary , pensions had to be launched in india so that many others having higher education & higher jobs in public & private companies also get the government benefit as paying latge benefits in defense from school educated soldiers to middle educated person is risking many working in public sector & private company that had a major role in the development of the country In india wars & conflict the defense personal are given higher benefit & this same benefit not given to other bright oersonal in public sector & private sector companies not a correct practice as they also had a family depending on them & ignoring them giving benefit to defense is incorrect

There is no such benefit the government is giving to pubic sector employees & on the other hand the government is giving lot of benefit to people working in defence, central government agencies & organizations like railway is not in any other countries. Engineer topper joining a public sevtor companies , IT companies , TATA & birla companies working day and night is not getting any benefit from the government even after paying taxes , contribution in nation building work in there jobs deserves a lot , but not getting any benefit is unfare , but on the other hand a person with not higher education & having schpol education joining the defense & other agencies is given pension & benefit is higher when compared to a higher educated men in public sector is not getting benefit like a school educated defense person is unfare If a school educated defense service men get benefit , much higher benefit is to given to many other working pubic sector & private companies
