1) Please decide which public works (health, roads, schools, community hall) will be done by collective labour & which will be done by collecting money from villagers & others. 2) please ensure appropriate Village Insurance policies are in place. 3) please build up self dependent village with community fund on a strong foundation. 4) please Fund for the construction of Resting Shed on Kheti Road for villagers. 5) please make panchayat responsible for care & maintenance of public properties within the village and assets & properties of village council. 6) Please ensure births & deaths are timely registered. 7) Allow Panchayat to make recommendations for the appointment of Justice for peace & other judicial or administrative officers. 8) Ensure panchayat provide proper guidance, supervision & adequate technical know-how on various govt schemes. 9) Disallow narrow mindedness among Panchayat & village development board.10) ensure at least one demonstration cum training centre in village

Panchayati Raj has both advantages as well as disadvantages. The advantage is that the relieves the state from looking into petty local problems so that they can concern them with more important matters. But the disadvantage is that the members of the panchayat are mostly greedy and therefore, corruption prevails in the Panchayat.

Since they are lacking in Funds ,Functions and Functionaries and people are struggling for their Jal Jungle and Jameen,AmritKal is right time to realise our cherished dreams
