Villages are backbone of India. So we will have to make that backbone strong and flexible in order enjoy the status of Developed nation in future. We will have make our villages as role-model to our cities. We have to goals 1. planned villages/panchayat systems, 2. pollution free, 3. good infrastructure, 4.chemical free agriculture, 5. technologies based agriculture, 6. Smart Villages, 7. Stopping to convert villages into cities. Jai hind !

Namaste A great initiation most awaited approach towards rural development. It would be more efficient to know the problems of villages from local people and solve problems as development differs from place to place we can't put all the villages into same category and judge the panchayats. Here panchayats should be active being portrait of the self sufficiency, independent village and awareness of the resources available in their place in reaching creating employment in their villages along with the agricultural sector. Panchayat- Gramsabha promotion, Documentary film on children, e-bus services, helpline number say consumer protection, childline etc. Each panchayat should have meeting of its community members in twice in a month to develop their own community say business, farming, infrastructure etc. community resources should be utilized for community purpose, rural talent search programs encourage, A civil society members committee should be taken care to discuss the up to date information on farming, law and order, welfarism etc. Rural sports promotion and encouragement, grievance cells, complaint cells, swachhta mission promotion, local reporters- are the key to development. These people are responsible for all details of the panchayat news like social functions, media, medical etc information etc. Socia and religious organizations promotion and encouragement to develop "oneness feel".
