sir each Panchayat or village should be run like a corporate house with a CEO and advisers. They should ensure all govt policies are reaching to each and every individual in that village. They should map every individual in that village. Basic amenities viz ration, health care, education, roads , water, electricity and housing are made available to each and every individual. they should ensure Govt policies are known to each any every citizen in that village.

Panchayat seems to be hybrid version of combination of governance ,judiciary ,institution ,like bench of 5/7 judges or like a group of ias officer monitoring and implementing governance or a greivance dept hearing people out or group of consultants guiding masses ,as such said model is attached to rural culture and areas ,instead of self centered corporators ,we need panchayat in such wards ,but not similar to standing committee self distribution of funds ,less educated but panchayat gives good judgements ,but they stick to there values ,ethics ,little adamant ,rigid to changes ,

Panchayati Raj system is very old and successful form but today it has to ensure proper functioning for better results. Which will ensure employment growth, cooperative agriculture, upgradation of traditional methods, skill development and stage presence of skill demonstration.
We have to upgrade the Panchayats for a developed society, which will have to improve communication, transportation of goods, food processing in which new technology has to be established and traditional technology will have to be upgraded.
With a large population living in a rural area, the chain of Panchayati Raj is very large, which together can effectively motivate or prepare a large number of population or selected population for development work.
Sustainable development should be an essential action point for Panchayats.

Democracy, in nutshell, means voice of all citizens. Gramsabha is considered as only example of direct democracy in India, we must ensure that maximum number of people attend it. & also put forward there opinions. While looking back towards the socialization of politics the actual participation of womens is still much less. For this we need a simple step that is one who going to attend gramsabha must came up with one women belongs to her own family so that gender parity in gram sabha might increase.
As like other ideals this is also not gonna happens in one night but atleast we try to start this. So that after some times women fully participate in administration instead of now i.e. even if women is member of grampanchayat the decisions are taken by her husband.
Women are enough empower to sustain in this world so instead of women empowerment we should try to gave freedom to her so that they can use their potential.
I hope till 2047 we will be in better postition than that of now.
