Panchayati Raj system is very old and successful form but today it has to ensure proper functioning for better results. Which will ensure employment growth, cooperative agriculture, upgradation of traditional methods, skill development and stage presence of skill demonstration.
We have to upgrade the Panchayats for a developed society, which will have to improve communication, transportation of goods, food processing in which new technology has to be established and traditional technology will have to be upgraded.
With a large population living in a rural area, the chain of Panchayati Raj is very large, which together can effectively motivate or prepare a large number of population or selected population for development work.
Sustainable development should be an essential action point for Panchayats.

each Panchayat or village should be run like a corporate house with a CEO and advisers. They should ensure all govt policies are reaching to each and every individual in that village. They should map every individual in that village. Basic amenities viz ration, health care, education, roads , water, electricity and housing are made available to each and every individual. they should ensure Govt policies are known to each any every citizen

Reduce the unnecessary free services
All Govt. Services to be brought to the base implementation level of Gram Panchayats
For eg:
1. The Local Police system to be integrated to the Nyaya Panchayats and reduce the burden on District Sessions Court, etc.
2. The Panchayat Offices should be like the Cabinet Secratariats of their own village; The Panchs should also officially have Depts like various Ministers. The Sarpanch would be like a PM
3. Steps to be taken by the Panchayats to reduce migrations from villages to cities and provide better infrastructure facilities of the up-to-date technology and information.
4. The Secratary of the Panchayat should also be an IAS officer with equal qualifications as a Cabinet Secretary. There should be multiple Offciers for a village if required.
5. Decentralisation should be done mandatorily. The Panchayati Raj system should be like a miniature model of the Political Institutions' daily working at a remote level.

By 2047 every panchayat would become
Two occupational skill training Centre by the availability of local resources
Two elementary education institutions in each panchayet
Two warehouses and selling point not only of yields but the materials and instruments required for composite agriculture
Implementation of the adoption of villages by the affluent through transparent contract.
motors or road and uninterrupted electricity
medicinal or seasonal fruit plantation on barren/abandoned land could
creative and innovative ideas gathering and their commercial utilisation.
A film or documentary exhibition of technical support on agriculture and educational development at least once in a month
The most important thing is the narrative of governmental schemes must be displayed in the language known and understood by every locals .

By 2047 every panchayat would become self-reliant if we consider
4 ponds and grazing ground on each
Two occupational skill training Centre by the availability of local resources
Two elementary education institutions in each panchayet
Two warehouses and selling point not only of yields but the materials and instruments required for composite agriculture
Implementation of the adoption of villages by the affluent through transparent contract.
motors or road and uninterrupted electricity
medicinal or seasonal fruit plantation on barren/abandoned land could be another game-changer.
A platform for exhibiting indigenous skills and selling of local products..
creative and innovative ideas gathering and their commercial utilisation.
A film or documentary exhibition of technical support on agriculture and educational development at least once in a month.
The most important thing is the narrative of governmental schemes must be displayed in the language known and understood by every locals .
