Send us your suggestions on the themes or issues you want the Prime Minister to speak about in the upcoming Mann Ki Baat episode. Currently, the Female Labour Force Participation Rate (FLFPR) has risen to **35.3%** in December 2025 (as per PLFS data, the highest in the year), but it still needs significant improvement. 4. Regarding our demography, Today's generation has to focus career and family life also. It is like that so that our future is secured. It is difficult , but we have to try to achieve it. Need to validate and take it.

मोदी जी मैंने जो लिखा है और भेजा है वह इस कारण है क्योंकि आप ही बोलते हो कोई जाति मतभेद नहीं होना चाहिए और सरकार बनाकर आप ही जाती मतभेद कर रहे हो अब बोलोगे कैसे आप जो भी योजना चला रहे हो उसमें आप जात-पात देखकर योजना का लाभ दे रहे हो जैसे सदियों के लिए आप बोलते हो कि कोई जात भेद नहीं करो यह सी के लड़की के साथ शादी करने पर फिर 2 लाख किस लिए और उनको योजना में उनको ज्यादा सपोर्ट मिलता है कोई भी योजना रहे उनको उठाने के लिए अच्छा है और ओबीसी वालों के लिए नहीं तो उनके कारण अगर यह पूरा इंडिया चल रहा है तो उनको ही आगे करो ना ओबीसी वालों को ऐसी फेंक दो उठा के इधर के उधर बस इतना ही कहना है

जहां वाटर लेवल डार्क जॉन हे वहा ड्रिप सिस्टम ज्यादा जानकारी ओर सब्सिडी ज्यादा करे । वाटर रिचार्ज के लिए एक महाअभियान चलाए। हर खेत में एक वाटर रिचार्ज अनिवार्य करे। पानी खेत को नहीं फसल को पिलाए ताकि पानी की बचत होगी । 10 साल बाद अच्छा रिजेंट बनेगा । हमारे यह पानी 1000 फिट पर हे में वीरेंद्र सिंह राजपुरोहित घेवड़ा जोधपुर राजस्थान

कृषि क्लिनिक कृषि क्लिनिक में पादप संरक्षण अधिकारियों की नियुक्ति करी जाए । पेड़ पौधे भी बीमार होते हैं । खेतों में फसलों को नुकसान पहुंचाने वाले हानिकारक रसायन बाजारों में भंडारों में घरों में कृषि उत्पाद फल सब्जी खाद्यान्न को नुकसान पहुंचाने वाले कारक --- आवारा जानवर, पक्षी, सियार, नील गाय, सूयर, बन्दर, कीड़े मकोड़े, जीवाणु , फफूंद, वायरस रोगाणु आदि कीड़े मकोड़ों रोगाणुओं रोग महामारी से रातोंरात फसल खराब हो जाता है । रोगाणुओं कीड़े मकोड़ों के नियंत्रण के लिए पादप संरक्षण विभाग या संगठन या कृषि क्लिनिक का प्रावधान किया जाए ।
