As a ground level employee of Assam govt, it is seen that numerous government buildings, community halls, Sabha Grihas, cultural centres, and CSR-funded structures remain abandoned or underutilised for years. In many cases, over 80–90% of construction is complete, yet due to minor pending works or administrative inertia, these assets remain unused.Prolonged non-utilisation leads to structural deterioration and often results in misuse of premises for illegal activities such as substance abuse, addiction centres, adda rooms creating social concerns. Several government offices continue to operate from rented premises, around 20,000 to 30,000, while suitable government-owned buildings remain idle.Field-level efforts to revive or repurpose such assets face political or administrative resistance due to the absence of a clear accountability mechanism. A clear instruction from the PMO would greatly empower district administrations and ensure optimal utilisation of public assets.

8. National tourism day in on Jan 25th. People should aware of our country , our past to know the roots, GK , current affairs etc. So that we can build better future. We can go tomother states and can understand their culture, living, crafts, textiles, their history etc. As per my experience atleast minimum 2 to 3 states , 1 or 2 places going , roaming and understanding there, will give patriotism. People can utilise LTC, LTA , leaves, annual day travel plans etc. People can often plan to see our desh different places will help broaden our thoughts. Travel also has benefits.

Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji,
Many political leaders make unrealistic promises during elections but forget them after coming to power. This misleads the public and weakens trust in democracy. I request a law to ensure accountability—if promises cannot be implemented, leaders should publicly explain and apologise, or face consequences.
I also request that cases related to electoral malpractices be investigated and decided within a fixed time frame of three months, as long-pending cases harm public confidence.
Thanking you,
A concerned citizen

**Hon'ble Prime Minister of India,**
Greetings.
The current legal provisions granting **lifetime maintenance/alimony** to educated and skilled women after divorce sometimes encourage laziness and dependency among women in certain cases. This is detrimental to the economic growth of our nation, which respects and values Indian women.
Many women develop the misconception that separating from their husband entitles them to lifelong financial support, similar to a pension, without the need to work.
According to a recent survey (1 Finance Magazine, 2025), on average **38%** of divorced men's income is spent on maintenance/alimony; **42%** of men have taken loans to make these payments. As a result, the income of lakhs of men is being wasted instead of contributing to the country's production and economic development.
Therefore, I humbly request that the provision for lifetime alimony be amended to introduce a **time-bound cap** of **one or two years** (maximum limit).

RESPECTED PRIME MINISTER MODI JII, MANY MANY THANKS TO U & OUR GOVT LED BY U FOR CELEBRATING ARMED FORCE VETERAN DAY. AS DEFENCE MINISTER STATED THAT SOLDIERS NEVER RETIRED WHICH IS A REALITY UNIVERSALLY BUT IN INDIA A SKILLED SOLDIER UPTO THE RANK OF HAVILDAR HAS TO WORK AS AN UNSKILLED SECURITY GUARD IN FRONT OF A BANK ATM & IF FORTUNE ENOUGH THEN SOMETIME JOINED AS A GROUP D EMPLOYEE IN RAILWAY AFTER CONTRIBUTING MORE THAN 20 YRS DEFENCE SERVICE TO NATION & HAS TO WORK WITH FRESH YOUNG EMPLOYEES OF RAILWAY WITHOUT ANY WORKING SENIORITY WHICH IS NOT AT ALL COMPATIBLE WITH THE DIGNITY OF A SOLDIER. SO THESE TWO THINGS HAVE TO BE TOLD TO ALL FRESH ASPIRANT SOLDIERS. WHAT SHOULD THEY OPT FOR?? BCZ WORDS R VERY CHEAP, ACTIONS R VERY LESS FOR OUR POLITICIANS. BE IT MODI JII OR RAJNATH JII. THEY MUST THINK THESE THINGS SERIOUSLY IN FUTURE, ATLEAST WORKING SENIORITY MUST BE GIVEN TO SOLDIERS JOINING IN ANY SERVICE AFTER BECOMING EX-SERVICEMEN OR VETERANS UNLESS WE WILL MAKE IT KNOWN TO ALL
