In countries like USA, there is NLRB to solve problems like wages between private sector employees and private companies, similarly it should be set up in India. But there is no national level body to resolve the issues arising regarding the remuneration of private sector employees.Even though the private sector employees are working hard, they are unable to cope with the rising prices The central government should set up a National Labor Relation Board to resolve problems including wages of private sector employees expeditiously. theRepresentatives of government, labor and private organizations should be present. A new Pay commission is set up regarding the wages of government employees. Similarly, a system should be established to solve the problems including the wages of private sector employees. A significant share of govt revenue comes from tax revenue from private companies. The govt should arbitrate the income and other issues of the employees of such private companies.

My friend who is a farmer also tells this. 3) MINING LAND ACQUISITION ISSUES : Abandoned mines may be returned to the land owners from whom it was acquired. Otherwise it may be used for above purpose. Kindly make amendments.

But as per a student I, every student, would just ask for the following: Why there is a national holiday for Mahatama Gandhi's birth anniversary and not for other martyr stars? Can't Art be activity? Schools should not be morden by smart panel but by smart learning. Advance technology which will be our future should also be included in education since beginning. Eventhough Republic Day Celebrations in Government offices and Political parties, more Celebrations held in Schools and colleges. Government may send a circular to all staff of schools and colleges for wearing Khadi compulsorily in Important days like Republic day, Independence day and Gandhi Jeyanthi.
