Birth control measures are good for the country. India should never be encouraged to improve its fertility rate. Let the capitalists bring manpower from other countries if declines. Standard of living is indirectly proportional to the growth of population. If density of the population reduces the citizens will have less competition, less corruption, slums shall vanish, Country will have wider roads no traffic jams, planned cities shall make our life easy, no more slavery, 8 hours work in a day, extra work hours shall be compensated with additional overtime package by employers, less consumption of natural resources, reduction in pollution, country will have improved employer and employee relations. The country will have a lean political system.

Grey market premium is being quoted w.r.t. IPOs by almost all agencies operating in the Securitiesmarket. The retail investors are being swayed and trapped by looking at the huge valuations and consequent
looking premium. That kind malpractice shall be banner by SEBI.

I am from Bengaluru, a city often referred to as the startup capital of India. Every day, thousands of startups emerge here with innovative ideas, but sadly, an equal number shut down due to various challenges.
Challenges:
1. Lack of Funding
2. Skill Gap
3. Market Access
4. Regulatory Hurdles
5. Fear of Failure
Solutions:
1. Government-Backed Funds: Establish programs that provide seed funding or low-interest loans for startups, especially in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities.
2. Skill Development Workshops: Introduce skill training programs on financial management, digital marketing, and leadership to prepare young entrepreneurs.
3. Startup Incubators: Create innovation hubs in colleges and universities where students can work on ideas with access to mentors and infrastructure.
4. Simplified Regulations: Implement a single-window system for approvals and ensure ease of doing business
5. Networking Opportunities
6. Promoting Resilience
Challenges and solutions attached below

Respected PM sir, Quiet firing is a workplace practice where an employer subtly encourages an employee to resign instead of firing them directly. It involves creating an unwelcoming or unsupportive work environment that leads the employee to quit. There should be regulations and laws to be made for employees who are being harrassed in jobs by employer and management. Why it happens? To avoid the negative publicity that comes with firing an employee. To avoid legal repercussions associated with layoffs.Due to managerial disengagement. Legal framework should be made on harassment in office premises under labour laws. This Quiet firing has made many employees diabetic, mentally disturbed, causing heart attacks etc and life is under threat due to suicide attempts.
