A ban should be imposed on the export of building materials. A permanent ban should be placed on the export of crushed stone, foundation stones, and river sand. Due to the higher profits from exports, prices are being increased to a level that makes them unaffordable for people domestically. The prices of sand, crushed stone, and foundation stones in the domestic markets are beyond the reach of the poor and middle-class people. It is unacceptable that our country's essential mineral resources are being taken to improve the infrastructure of other countries. The government is implementing the PM Awas Yojana. If the prices of building materials are controlled, people will have the opportunity to build slightly larger houses.India should ban the export of construction materials, either directly or in value-added form.

Govt should create a Task Force of living legend-institution-builders to identify high-potential leaders who can exploit the power of AI, and build an institution to mentor and embed them in critical organizations for large-scale nation building. India has talent but suffers organizational fragility; our future depends on system-creators like Kurien, Homi Bhabha, J.R.D, Cariappa, Manekshaw, Seshan, V. Krishnamurthy (BHEL), Narayanamurthy, Nandan Nilekani and Sridhar Vembu who built structures that outlast the individuals. They should groom the new cadre combining the integrity of past icons with 100X AI-era competence to revive stagnation in HAL, DRDO, IT, industry, defence forces, bureaucracy and education. This investment will create organizational muscle to absorb talent and drive reform by design, not accident. Nations rise through durable systems, not just people who occupy positions; this body should produce the architects of the new Bharat that will thrive across generations.

Respected FM madamStrategic roadmap to reduce India’s organic chemical imports from China, India can cut dependence by targeting priority molecules, fixing feedstock and infrastructure gaps, and aligning policy, finance, and technology with cluster-based manufacturing. Recent anti-dumping duties on select Chinese chemicals are a start—but they must be paired with domestic capacity creation and demand aggregation to be effective. Priority segments and where India can win Policy and market Levers Targeted anti-dumping + safeguard actions: Use duties selectively on molecules with proven injury to domestic industry, while fast-tracking capacity creation to avoid downstream cost spikes. Production-linked incentives (PLI) for intermediates: Extend PLI beyond APIs to key organic intermediates with import intensity >60%, tying incentives to yield, energy efficiency, and ZLD compliance. Tariff rationalization: Lower duties on critical feedstocks (benzene, methanol) and equipment;

There are two areas I would like to bring to your attention: 1) In case of PF and ESIC contributions, it is the principal employer who is held at fault if the contractor has not deposited the same even though it has been paid by the principal employer. It leads to undue advantage for the contractor and an inclination to siphon off the money as there are no repercussions for him while the employer ends up paying twice. 2) In case of production of NIL rated products, there is no GST refund unlike the VAT refund given earlier. If possible, an option of full or partial refund can be explored.

Most Respected Madam VANAKKAM. My humble suggestions are as under: 1) The Union government can set into motion a scheme of granting of ONE INCREMENT to its employees who do not avail any kind of leave during a calendar year and importantly, they should not come to any adverse notice. This monetary recognition will act as a stimulus to the beneficiaries to redouble their efforts to work with greater enthusiasm and dedication, apart from motivating others to earn similar incentive. 2) The disease Malaria needs to be eliminated from the country on a war footing

Respected Madam, I would like to draw your attention to one matter, which is EPS-95 minimum pension. This problem of long times is suffering by the senior citizens of private company. Rs. 1000 is giving to the pensioners as minimum pension. How to possible to run their families in a little amount, you know better. Various department are giving assurance to lift the amount but nothing substantial has been accomplished yet. Therefore, I humbly request to take the matter very seriously, so that the suffering of elderly people can be alleviated to some extent.
