5. Mutual Fund Distributors or the MFDs provide services to their investors on behalf of mutual fund companies. While most mutual fund companies are located in Mumbai MFDs & investors are spread across the country. This way only MFDs based in Maharashtra can avail composition scheme. Please allow MFDs across nation to avail composition scheme on GST irrespective of their location. If implemented, strain on GST collection will hardly be of couple of hundreds of crores but will benefit hundreds of MFDs who can use this saving to adopt technology and increase their team thus helping reduce unemployment.

2. Indians by nature are not voluntary savers but forced savers. I suggest to reintroduce the tax saving investments with increased limits. This will ensure earners save for their future. It will be like providing social security scheme to your citizens. 3. Middle class the one’s who pay the tax- please consider covering them for health or life, accidental insurance cover etc. for the one’s who actually pay tax. 4. A lot of retirees & others those who do not have pension or any regular income invest their funds into conservative mutual funds & use systematic withdrawal plan to meet their regular household expenses. My suggestion to allow inclusion short term & long term capital gains for the purpose of availing tax rebate within the limits of allowable tax rebate. It will help many retirees to lower their tax burden and take care of increasing old age expenses. You may consider introducing Mutual Fund Linked Retirement Plan.

Hon’ble Finance Minister, my wish list for the budget are as follows: 1. Capital formation is the key to growth of our country and the main source of funds for capital formation is our capital markets. Despite FIIs having withdrawn large funds from Indian stock markets, the domestic especially retail investors have kept markets within a range by pouring in larger amounts in the capital markets. SIP book of over 30,000 crores per month is just a cue for that. I suggest that those who contribute to capital formation and government finances should be given a privilege by allowing higher standard deduction on long term capital gains. Government may consider raising the limit of standard deduction on long term capital gains to 10 lakhs and also increase the tenure of long term to 2 years from the current 1 year to ensure money stays invested for longer term

Allow 80U and 80DD deductions in new tax regimes, Ensure that all these benefits are clearly available under both old and new tax regimes, or create a special optional “divyangjan regime” with higher basic exemption and rebates.,General and disabled buyers both effectively pay 18% GST on small cars now. Reduce GST on vehicles for all benchmark disabilities to 5% (or 0%) with no cess, instead of the present 18%, at least up to a reasonable price, Simplify documentation and make the exemption certificate permanent or with longer validity, with online processing via UMANG/department portal to avoid repeated physical visits., Allow additional deduction for actual assistive device and accessibility expenses (wheelchairs etc) over and above fixed 80U/80DD limits., Give an extra standard deduction in salary income for divyang employees (over and above the normal standard deduction) to recognize recurring costs like transport, caregivers, and medical support., Allow railway concession on UDID

Respected Sir/Madam, I respectfully submit the following suggestions for the Union Budget 2026 to support Divyang (Persons with Disabilities) employees: 1. Income Tax Relief Increase income tax exemption/rebate limits for Divyang employees to offset higher medical and assistive expenses. 2. Tax-Free Vehicle Purchase Provide GST and road tax exemption on vehicle purchases (including electric vehicles) by Divyang employees. 3. Air Travel Concessions Introduce mandatory concessional air fares for Divyang passengers and free or concessional tickets for one escort, where required. 4. Additional Deductions & Allowances Allow an extra standard deduction and enhanced, fully tax-exempt transport allowance for Divyang employees. These measures will promote inclusion, dignity, and financial security for Divyang employees. Thanking you Yours sincerely, Jagdeep Kumar

The FM had announced creation of a platform for Common KYC for use by all financial institutions. CERSAI KYC along with CVL KRA and other KRAs are doing a great job and KYCs are getting processed in a couple of days now. For KYC address and other details validation most KRAs are using Aadhaar. Given the fact that PAN and Aadhaar linking has become mandatory it is humbly submitted that based on PAN and Aadhaar data a person should be able to generate his or her KYC number directly by requesting it on the Aadhaar or Income Tax portal itself The process can be routed through CERSAI KYC but if implemented will save lakhs of man hours spent by individuals in submitting forms to KYC agencies and the time of officials in verifying the data and finally validating it through Aadhaar Ofcourse if pan aadhaar is not linked person will have to follow normal process This way the KYC can be locked and will only need to be changed if details of a person change and unnecessary reKYCs can be avoided

All certificate trainings across the country should be brought under skill india mission 2.0.Engineering and non-engineering sectors have been given more attention, now we should also bring certificate education related to big art sectors like CA, CS, CMA in skill india 2.0.If CA, CS, Marine etc. are taught in state languages, we can provide highly skilled workers as per the world's demand.Locomotive driver, JCB, Forklift, Mobile crane operator, crane operator etc. should be given more importance in skill india 2.0. Our Indians will have opportunities to get jobs coming up internationally.Language should not be a barrier to skill development. If we teach all skill-based certification courses in the country in state languages, it will lead to development.Online and direct certification courses should also be in state languages. Therefore, opportunities should be created to learn certification courses ranging from ITI to CA in the country in state languages.

Strict laws should be made with fast track results for every case filed in MSME TO BE SETTLED IN 12 months (including all the hearing) just like NCLT to be set up as in our country MSME mostly sale in credit basis and they cannot assess ratings of all enterprises having GST. Further GST RATINGS OF ENTERPRISES SHOULD BE SHOWN CLEARLY ON BASIS OF BANKING AND OTHER VENDORS OF THE FIRMS RATING FURTHER INCOME TAX RETURN SHOULD BE PROCESSED IN 3 months time including if they have any questions from the Assessee

With due respect, I request the government to consider the following changes for the upcoming Union Budget from the perspective of a crypto entrepreneur and trader: • Reduce the TDS rate on crypto transactions from 1% to 0.01% to improve liquidity and market efficiency. • Allow loss set-off in crypto, just as it is allowed in other asset classes, to ensure fair taxation. • Tax crypto under normal capital gains rules instead of a flat 30% rate. These reforms are important for supporting innovation, encouraging compliance, and keeping India’s crypto ecosystem competitive.
