Dear Finance Minister
I would like to highlight that salaried people are only paying full tax and other class auch as industrialist, doctors and lawyers are paying tax as per their will.
1. Industrialist take everything on companies name and put it in companies expenditure this way they claim GST, expenditure on maintenance as well as depriciation. All expenditures goes from companies profit.
2. Doctors see 10 patient or 20 pr 30 patient no one knows. Their consultation is as per their will. So how their direct tax is calculated.
3. Lawyers has taken a case or 2 cases or 10 cases. What was their consultation fee. No records.
Similarly there are number of other examples.
My request is that direct tax should be reduced and indirect taxes may be increased. All luxury items should have higher taxes. This will increase the spending power of salaried people.
Thank you
Regards

Measures for Simplification of the taxation of Partnership Firms
Partnership firms under Indian Partnership Act, 1932 are mostly represented by a few individual partners who come together to put their efforts to earn a livelihood. In majority of cases they are two or three partners in numbers and mostly form tiny and small enterprises. At present these firms are taxed at the rate of 30% on their taxable profits under The Income Tax Act, 1961. On the other hand individuals get the benefit of slab rates and partners get deprived of this slab rate advantage which amounts to Natural Justice denied to them. This anomaly in the taxation of partnership profits needs to be set right by taxing the share of profit in the hands of partners and not in the hands of the firm on the grounds of the principal of natural justice giving them the advantage of slab rates available to individuals.
Complete suggestion in this regard is attached here with.

Reservation in competitive examinations has created a significant gap between the general category and SC/ST candidates. Many students from the general category who score very high marks and appear well suited for administrative responsibilities are unable to secure selection, while candidates with comparatively lower scores are admitted due to reservation benefits. This situation raises concerns about fairness and the overall quality of administration. Instead of relying primarily on reservation, greater emphasis could be placed on empowering disadvantaged students through better education, such as providing free internet, electricity, and quality coaching. Such support would help them become independent, confident, and capable of competing with others on an equal intellectual platform, thereby strengthening both social justice and administrative efficiency.

As a 21 yr aspirant my point of view,
What should matter is not just how many crores were spent, but whether a young graduate actually found a job, whether a mother paid less at the hospital, and whether a farmer earned a little more with dignity. Planning must be honest about revenues, so promises don’t collapse mid-year. An independent fiscal council could act like a neutral referee, keeping numbers real. Instead of old subsidies that often help the system more than the citizen, direct cash support and smart targeting should reach those who truly need it. Every scheme should be judged by one simple question—will it create opportunities for my generation? And in a time of climate anxiety and rising inequality, the budget must openly show how it protects both the planet and the vulnerable. Only then will the budget stop being a ritual and start becoming a roadmap for the kind of India our generation wants to live.

(Restructuring of Tax Slabs)
(Increase in Exemptions and Deductions)

government school should be as good as private school. many students from below poverty line can't get good education. it is their right to get safe ang clean classroom, benches clean water. I request you to spend some budget on government scool rather giving high payment to teachers as no student like to learn in government school.
