Respected sir/mam, budget on the health sector with special reference to Mental Health and Psychological well-being, must be prioritized. Illnesses like Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder etc. must be given adequate attention in the upcoming budget. The Patient and there Caregiver must be provided adequate financial support and inclusion for the overall development and growth. The Mental Health Care Act, 2017 must be implemented in letter and spirit throughout the country. Special provision must be made for the persons suffering from such illnesses, so that, they can also live a happy and fruitful life without any financial hindrance. In Education, Employment they need special support, so that, they can take care of themselves. Adequate awareness must be spread to tackle the crisis of Mental Health. The Disability Card must be issued under RPwD Act, 2016, without any bias, as par with other disabilities. These people need compassion from every institution.

Respected finance ministry,
Our soldiers serving in forward and difficult areas make immense sacrifices for the nation. The first priority should be to remove income tax on all allowances received by soldiers posted in forward/difficult areas, as this is not income but compensation for hardship and risk. Secondly, the government should significantly increase spending on the defence budget and defence R&D to strengthen indigenous defence manufacturing and reduce dependence on imports. Lastly, there is a need to rationalise and reduce unsustainable freebie schemes, and redirect those funds toward national security, infrastructure, and long-term economic growth. A strong nation needs strong defence and responsible fiscal policy.

Request for Activation of Gratuity for Employees with Five Years of Service, Regardless of Breaks in Service (The Gratuity Injustice Unveiled)
During the pandemic, many companies had to take difficult decisions to temporarily reduce salaries, layoffs, send employees on furlough, or even ask them to take leaves. These measures, while essential for the survival of organizations, inadvertently resulted in employees losing their gratuity entitlement, despite their five years of overall service.
Considering the current economic climate and the unpredictability of employment, I request that the gratuity rule be amended to allow employees to qualify based on a total of five years of service, regardless of any breaks in employment due to resignation, layoffs or other external factors, , with retrospective effect from March 2020 (COVID start). This change would ensure fairness and protect employees who have contributed to their organizations over time but faced unavoidable service interpu

1. Sustainability at core: When we issue budget money under various heads, then the sustainability should be at core, not just every year allocating money to unsustainable projects.
2. Environment consideration: Single use plastic specially chips, biscuits, namkeen wrappers are creating the recycle and collection issue, we can use alternative paper based packing by mandating the same. And many house hold cleaning agents and industrial products contains harmful products & chemicals which are polluting our water bodies. So the FMCG and industrial brand product contents should be studied for impact on the same, and a dedicated departmental budget can be issued for conservation of water resources of country.
3. Income gap of Rich and poors: To close the same the income avenues of the ultra rich earning more than 1 crore per year should be identified and tax loop holes or shortcomings should be closed. Eg. LTCG rate is same for 10L or 10cr gain. After a limit it should increase to MMR.
