Honble Prime Minister,
As per my suggestions the Union budget must include allocation for job creating firms rather allowance for unemployment.because it is crucial to Teach people fishing rather distributing fishes. because we have a great skillful young workforce seeking employment and Most of the due to financial crises Pushed to go abroad in search of earning thereby causing a deficit in OUR NATIONAL GDP and INCREASING THE GROSS GDP OF OTHER NATIONS.IT Must be addressed.

Reduce tax burden on salaried. Inflation is beating on one side and tax on the other.

My thoughts to encourage EV adoption.
1. Encourage companies to setup solar installations coupled with EV charging facility in company premises
2. Tax rebates for people with EV who work in such companies

GST department issue notices (which is as per law) in which tax matter is of few rupees only say 10 rupees but penalty of Rs. 20,000.00 such notices are creating unnecessary litgation and file work. Please restrict penalty, max to amount of tax.

Going with two tax regimes create lot of confusion and trouble for both employers and employee. It also gives scope to antigovernment elements for unnecessary criticism, being simple is always good for both government and citizens. please abolish one and go with one.

It has been high time that salaried class has been given some significant relief in Income tax. My suggestions are to raise the Tax exemption limit and reduce rates. Along with above, please consider following:
1. Exempting LTC tickets reimbursement from income tax.
2. Exempting private hospital reimbursement to govt officers from income tax (as reimbursement is made on govt rates).
3. Exempting family pension amount from Income Tax.
4. Even in new regime the exemption should be allowed on Donations (80G) and Physically Handicapped Self/Dependent (80U)
5. Bringing small scale shop keepers in tax net (maybe fixed tax)

Please implement faceless mechanism like Income Tax in GST also. Moreover, local officer should not handle the case. Now a days officers are issuing notices with intention to have a face to face with the businesspersons.
