4.All perks and provisions of legislature should be withdrawn to save cost. Pension should be payable only when they get elected for minimum three terms.
Amendment should be made in People's Representation Act, limiting three tenures as outer limit for MLAs and three terms for MPs. For contesting election, eligibilty criteria should be extended to include even serving employees by giving them sabbatical leave for campaign and elected period on loss of pay, for taking part in contesting election.
5.Atal Pension Yojna should have minimum guaranteed yield of 5%and any one can enter at any age by paying the instalments with five percent of interest, for the previous period he didn't join the scheme.
6.Ours is a huge country so income tax should be also on car or motorcycle ownership. Say for instance, car owner of car costing Rupees ten lac and above would pay tax rupees one lac per annum, no matter his declared income and so on that is tax in accordance with cost of the car.

Income tax should be at flat rate unlike slab, this will attract more white transaction and declaration.
All over number of income tax payers will be more and middle class will get benefit, all pays indirect tax but only few pays indirect and direct both tax only bcz of high tax slab.

DELAYED PAYMENTS -A SYSTEM DRIVEN SOLUTION
Need a system driven digital platform to overcome endemic problem of delayed payments. We can use GSTN digital platform by incorporating new input fields & triggers for monitoring and system driven action against delayed payments & defaults in B2B dealings. New fields include :
• Due date of repayment and payment receipt date
• Automatic raising of red flag in GST account of TC debtor after a 10 days overdue
• 2nd red flag if account remains overdue for 20 days
• 3rd red flag on 30th day with the provision of digital reporting of late payment to borrower’s bank, CIBIL, Ministry of Corporate Affairs and stock exchanges
• 4th red flag after 60 days and suspension of GST account if overdue persist above 90 days
• Designing of rating system in GSTN for TC operations of firms in due course
• Linking of bank payment system to update receipt payment date in GSTN system. Till this is done, payee may update the payment date & seller
