Please implement below suggestions:
1. Income tax cut - Reduce income tax rates
2. GST capping - cap gst rates maximum at 20%
3. Green credits - give tax concessions for individuals and corporates who invested in alternative power sources like solar, wind etc. this credits can be shown as reduction in income tax, corporate tax for 5 years
4. UPA transactions - roll out a plan that will make India totally cash free and ban 2000 notes
5. Infrastructure bonds - encourage and business to invest in these and give tax concessions. The bonds should be open for investments quarterly, half yearly and yearly
6. Merge PF and NPS - this ensures growth based funds like USAs 401k
7. Increase forex reserves and gold reserves
8. Try reducing external debt
9. Make external trades in rupees and give concessions for business who does that. This will reduce dollar dependency

Since long tax payers are contributing relentlessly, now with the implementations of GST and other taxes on more stringent way, more Citizens are contributing hence load on general tax payers need to be more cutailed/relaxed so that he is taking care of his other genuine essential needs in better way. Also a taxpayer throughout his services takes serving the burden of taxes hence post retirement he needs full support for medical, health issues and travelling and other expenses towards implementing his hobbies. This burden of helping the retired personal may be generated by curtailing and rationalising unwanted huge benefits to the MLAs MPs in the form subsides towards telephone, travel, pensions, and other daily expenses. This will balance and apportion financial responsibilities towards the nation among all Indian Citizens equally.
Jai Hind.
