Respected Ma'am / Sir, Income Tax payers' contribution towards nation building is well understood and it is important that we as a country work on ways to increase the Income tax payers' base. Typically, various monetary measures such as increasing the IT Slab, giving tax exemptions, etc were provided to increase the income tax payers' base with little success. Here, I would like to provide few other options that may also be considered: 1. Use a small portion of income tax paid by the citizen for setting up a personal health insurance for the tax payer. When this is being done at a larger scale, it is possible to engage with several health insurance providers with very minimal premium. 2. Provide special privileges (non monetary, but honorary in nature) to Income Tax payer (such as priority in certain services provided by govt / private). 3. Special invite to certain Govt events for few randomly selected income tax payers. 4. Other non-monetary but honorary ways of recognition

I want the following suggestions 1. Education, Health care and Drinking water facility to all the citizens 2. To bring all the business people in the Tax net Education The education, health care and drinking water is still a problem in many states. It is a real shame that we have to pay for our drinking water even after 75 years of independence. Government should ensure that these are guaranteed for each and every citizen Tax for Business Community It is really pathetic that only salaried people are put into the tax bracket as they can’t hide their income. Only very few businesses people are honest to declare their actual income while 90% of the businessmen including doctors, lawyers, contractors, consultants, shop owners and other professionals & business people declare their actual income Please make them to pay only minimum amount (maybe 5%) which can give more income tax revenue and you can cut the tax slabs for the salaried people and senior citizens

Like a bank book, we also need to have passbook for Income tax payers. In case of death of the income tax payer or job loss, there would be some Insurance coverage for the same. Review where the leakage of taxpayers money happen and eliminate them. Quick monetisation of unused government land or use it for increasing greenery by planting trees. Let us walk the talk about Swach Bharat by making a policy to have good, clean, safe and well maintained toilets at distance of every 2 km. All government hospitals to be upgraded and make it make public friendly. Enhance Aadhar card by integrating all of Pancardl, Driving license, PF account no, Medical card, Passport No, Ration card, election card

Please change Tax slab, Salaried employees paying tax on salary + GST on all purchases. Or Please do introduce new scheme for tax payers like free education & medical facilities. Please don't exclude tax payers from any government schemes only because thay are paying tax.

Ministry of Railways should improve the Pay scale Grade Pay also include Stress allowance to it's running staff. Though their duty hours aren't fixed their duty can be in day or night. This staff should have knowledge of level of an engineer. Initially post ALP have 1900 grade pay and 19900 basic. It is very less in comparison to other group C posts. Running staff doing nearly same work as an military personnel does.
