Middle class people are very honest in paying income tax every year and almost 30 percent of their income is being deducted for income tax. Retired employees are also very honest in paying income tax.The limit for senior citizens should be raised to zero tax for five lakhs annual pension including their bank interests on small savings.Senior citizens savings scheme should carry an interest of minimum 9 percent for those whose annual income is less than 5 lakhs and no other sources of income.

Nowadays there is more no of People who are suffering with Diabetes, BP etc. and they are some types of common diseases due to these common diseases public will not be able to spend up on their health due to increase in n the prices of Operational and check up cost item's in hospitals so govt will have to take steps and increase those tarrif rates providing to hospitals. After increasing these tarrif rates it could be some relief to those who admitted in to hospitals of addl spending... without spending their own money.
