1. Increase in 80C limit of Rs 1,50,000. This has been unchanged in 8 years and needs to be adjusted both for inflation and growth. 2. Creation of an Insurance Cess as part of income tax which should be spent on buying a group policy (Medical & Life Insurance Both) for all tax payers proportional to the income they reported.

I strongly think the 80C limit needs to be increased. The limit has stayed at ₹1.5 lacs for the past 8 years. Incomes and investments have increased a lot since then. Considering this, the 80C limit definitely needs to be hiked.

1.Remove employees pf contribution from 80cc and make it as seperate exemption. 2. meal coupon exemption should be increased to Rs.100 per meal instead of Rs.50 3. Increase 80 cc limit to 3 lacs to boost national saving and middle class will get some relief in tax. 4. Make all property related transaction online compulsory. This will reduce black money. 5. Make standard deduction 10% total income instead of fixed Rs.50000 6. Rollback new tax regime as nobody using it as we get 6.5 non taxable income in old regime without any investment. 7. Make tax free employee nsp contribution to 14% basic for private employees as well similar to govt employees. Currently it is 10% and this injustice to pvt employees.

Increase 80C limit for tax deductions. It hasn’t been increased from the last 8 years. It should be linked with inflation and increased accordingly.

Kindly implement the tobacco tax . India is one of the largest consumer of tobacco product and the worst thing is that the youth of around 15years and younger are also indulging in the tobacco consumption via smoking or chewing tobacco . The tobacco use is not only affecting their health but also the Future of India. If we increase the tobacco product prices we might have a little decrease in the consumption that will be much helpful to the youngster. Not only imply this tax but also by providing psychiatric help to those who are addicted will be a much better help . "Nasha mukti Kendra's" Are must now a days it helps a lot of youngsters as well as Senior citizens to have a new view of life. Hope the implementation of this tobacco tax will help in decreasing the consumption of tobacco use.
