Stop increasing home loan interest In this rate Dream of having home will shatter,NPA will increase, corruption starts. Borrowers are going short of two time meals.Default will affect credit history. Can't sell for upset price .To curb inflation introduce tax for NRI's They have purchased properties and getting hefty rent not paying tax to Indian govt Visit India often and spend lavishly thus creating artificial demand.Bring them under tax bracket. Introduce one person 3 credit cards. Many have too many credit card spend lavishly and causing price rise. Many escaping by not giving capital gain tax. Introduce General & special senior citizen catagory. Treat unmarried, widows, physically handicapped as special category and give them 0.5% + 0.5% interest rate

Government employees have pension. They don't need to worry about their future. For those who don't have a pension, they need an account where they can deposit money to secure their future. With that money we can fight the battle of life in the future.

My suggestion is, “One Nation One Pension”. Irrespective of state government, Central government, PSUs, Defence, or any other government related Employees all over the length & breadth of the country should have fixed slabs of Pension according to their respective designations held during their period of retirement, starting with a range of 15000 - 1,00,000, Monthly Pension, where 15,000 is the Minimum & 1,00,000 is the maximum Monthly Pension. For this if the funds are shortage. Please sell the existing properties of the central government assets & make the arrangement for pension. Likewise increase the pension contribution from the employers in the private sector so that in future the present private company employees can get a good Pension benefits. Please give this a thought Modi.ji!!

11) Irrespective of any conditions, 1 Rupees Tax should be paid by all the citizen, once Tax is filled, Government should return 2 Rupees to each Citizen Bank Account. --> This will include all the citizen in the Tax and Banking system. It will facilitate GOI services and actions easier. --> It will increase financial literacy among citizen --> It will make every included in nation building --> Make people more responsible and aware towards GOI --> People will take more seriously GOI initiatives

8) Like UPI there should be UJI (Unified Job interface) for all jobs posting for Indians. It should list not only public but also private, Informal, formal and international job posting. All Job advertisement in India should be included through one Portal. It should help companies to find best talent in market and widen scope of opportunities for job searchers. Indian embassy can help in sharing details of International Job posting. [Moonshot ideas] 9) Concept of “Private Budget” should be introduced it should include all the Budget plans for all the private Investment in India. It will be better if it can be introduced by distinguished Indian businessmen representing all private companies in India. 10) One Search engine for all the Information about GOI. Only GOI resources will be searched and results will be shown.

4) Indian businessmen and government should combine and compete in Global stage. 5) Indian budget should also include report like "CIA World Factbook" to make people aware of global challenges and facts with perspective of Indian government. 6) National Investment Fund should go Global to generate more corpus for the government.

1) Due to uncertainty in the global conditions we need to make budget more flexible, adaptable -> One way to do this by splitting the budget into 4 mini-budgets per quarter in a year. This way budget will be spread across the year and able to tackle any change world through to us. 2) Citizen should be aware of all the policy & services government provided to citizen -> One way to do this by making mandatory to watch videos of Government services (how to access) which are related to that citizen before e-filing a Tax return or other services. -> New subject about Government of India should be introduced in school curriculum. Who is responsible for what in government, Service, Challenges and how to works. 3) Indian budget should also talk, report, review and analyse about other major economic budgets (Including neighbours’ budget) to get global perspective.
