Tax slabs need to be adjusted. Family medical expenditure increased, please include regular medicines as exemption at least for senior citizen dependents. Increase education allowance or remove namesake allowance of 200.
Also, provide car lease program tax benefits and make it offordable to every salaried employee and that will benefit manufacturing sector.

I had thought to create one income tax saving scheme where people can directly add their fund for our Army.
The Idea behind making it an Income tax scheme is to attract more individual tax payers and make them aware about their duty to the nation.
IDEA
--------
Create a Nation’s Security Fund(NSF) where any tax payer can directly save funds for the betterment of our Army.
An individual tax payer can save maximum of Rs.12,000/- for a single financial year.
By saving under NSF, an individual can save their yearly tax(Similar to what they do with Income tax Section 80G, donation to some NGO’s or religious trusts)
To attract more tax payers we can allow them to get rebate by 200%, meaning who pays Rs. 12,000/- a year can claim tax benefit up on Rs. 24,000/-
I am not sure if this sounds clever, but as an Indian I alway wanted to protect our Army.

We should do something for farmers whose income is regularly decreasing and debt is increasing year by year....
Is there way sothat all farmers can continue agriculture practice rather than give up and be a labour in cities.
And there should be profitable agriculture sothat others also can take interest in agriculture. In village parents always told us do anything for your career except agriculture.
We should find solutions.

Reduce tax (Income Tax)burdon on middle class. Add more taxes on luxury products.
Encourage digital payments in all govt offices. No cash transactions allowed more then 20K per month. So all money transactions will be in digital.

Govt should provide some social Security to all tax payers. Tax payer should be happy to contribute. Only salaried are paying taxes... Others are not paying properly. Govt should provide standard deduction only as per the city tax payer lives. All other exemptions should be removed to minimize the fake claims. The system should not allow tax payer to cheat. Process and exemptions should be modified accordingly. Good education facility and adequate healthcare or health insurance should be provided to citizen so that tax payer should feel proud contributing to the country. People are feeling that all tax payers are bakaras Or scapegoats. Please reduce direct taxes by modifying tax slabs. Tax payer also should get health insurance benefits provided by the govt. System is allowing all fake people to get benefits where as genuine tax payer is not getting any benifit from the govt in addition he was made to buy all.

I would suggest that why only above 18 people should be able to open bank account online. And for minors below 18 and above 10 need to visit branch. So idea is you should let minors open bank (with PAN CARD mandatory) account online and club their account with parents. And many students are learning outside of home town and have their account in banks. And if 10,000 is amount one needed approximately. Which includes Rented room and food. And just considering number of students for J.E.E NEET ( usually below 18) it sums all in total above 1500 crore+ rupees a month at minimum basis.(amount calculated above is even below than 10,000 a month) and in year it sums more than 18,000 CRORE.
So let minors open their account with Valid Pan card and club their PAN CARD with parents PAN CARD. and collect tax.
Lot of people send unaccounted money to their child or let their money deposited in their child account without letting government knowing about it.

Give some added/free facilities for tax payers which will motivate more people to pay tax. Example using public utility services free of cost for taxpayers. This may be activated for those paying tax with a credit card type set up. Preference in govt services like booking of tickets, admission in hospitals, complimentary access to airport launches/railway station etc etc
