In accordance with the “National Data Sharing and Accessibility Policy (NDSAP), 2012” formulated by Ministry of Science & Technology, Ministry of Statistics & Programme Implementation (MoSPI) has laid down Guidelines for Data Dissemination to define sharable and non-sharable data generated by the MoSPI, to specify the terms and conditions for its dissemination and pricing. The objective of these guidelines is to make available national statistics to the widest possible community, and where appropriate, with a choice of format, helping users to get what they want simply and quickly. These guidelines apply to all data compiled by MoSPI and the data derived from the statistics received from various Ministries/Departments by MoSPI.

The draft Guidelines for Data Dissemination of MoSPI is being placed in the public domain on the website of this Ministry. Comments from public and stakeholders are invited on these Guidelines.

1. I want to say that the data should be segregated first into different types and then data for student community should be kept free especially those which are non private. Others data which are under privacy laws maybe allowed to students but after proper application work. 2. Also, on websites simple data related to government should be made available for commoners.

For national data sharing system the guidelines are used to manage the user sharing and collecting form No data will need to download or store by other All provision input of the user will get

Sir, in recent months there has been an increase in cross border terror action.After every 2-3days we are losing our soldier.We should think about the pain which there family bears(his kids,wife, old parents).Only by condeming these acts and not taking any major steps,we are not doing justice with them.And naxal problem should also be dealed with atmost importance.

IT IS AN UNFORTUNATE REPORT TO THE GOI LAW FACULTYI DELHI UNIVERSITY INVITED JUSTIC IMAN ALI, JUDGE OF THE BANGLADESH SC TO DELHI TO PRESIDE OVER A FUNCTION IN NOV 2016. THEY COULD NOT ARRANGE THE AIR TICKET AND REQUESTED HIM TO BUY HIS OWN TICKET AND PROMISED TO REIMBURSE THE SAME. HE CAME AND SUBMITTED THE BILL. TILL TODAY HE HAS NOT BEEN REIMBURSED THE MOKNEY. HIS UMPTEEN REMINDERS AND MY OWN FOLLOW UP (I VISIT DHAKA OFTEN) HAS NOT RESULTED IN THE REMITTANCE. S.K.AGGRAWAL

Dear sir, GSAT-9 launched we are feeling so proud, Sir mera ek suggesion hai ki ye satellite ham bar bar launching krte hai ye hame bahut garv mahsus karata hai, so hum eska live telecast sabhi schools/collage mai karenge to students ko bahut help hoga aur sabhi ko proud feel hoga aur students ko nayi prerarna milengi so kindly request to you please make mandatory in each schools/collage to provide Arrangements for stundant to watch this our great achievement.

PM has great vision and effort to implement advance technology and digital India concept and various other schemes for development of nation, Data sharing and transmission of date and information is one of the important part of it, I want to suggest that, there should develop such a specific and advance technology system by scientist and Information technology sector,by which the data and information will directly useful to people and government for own growth and development,best wishes

It is the historical moments of our nation by launching the important satelite for the south asian city, hon. PM has made great effort to make united various good neighbour of our country, further, our ISRO scientist has shown the capacity and ability of nation, I want to suggest that to control the anti national activities like mao attack, terror attack,illegal criminal act etc.. such types of sateliter should be prepared and sent to the space to watch and control such activities, best wishes
