In accordance with the “National Data Sharing and Accessibility Policy (NDSAP), 2012” formulated by Ministry of Science & Technology, Ministry of Statistics & Programme Implementation (MoSPI) has laid down Guidelines for Data Dissemination to define sharable and non-sharable data generated by the MoSPI, to specify the terms and conditions for its dissemination and pricing. The objective of these guidelines is to make available national statistics to the widest possible community, and where appropriate, with a choice of format, helping users to get what they want simply and quickly. These guidelines apply to all data compiled by MoSPI and the data derived from the statistics received from various Ministries/Departments by MoSPI.

The draft Guidelines for Data Dissemination of MoSPI is being placed in the public domain on the website of this Ministry. Comments from public and stakeholders are invited on these Guidelines.

#MyGov comment is regarding the misuse of RTI(Right to Information) Act.Sorry if it is not directly related to this topic. RTI is meant primarily to be a G2C forum (Government to Citizen).However, in many instances, public officials of the Govt are using RTI to find information against their colleagues, superiors, etc. within their department without first exhausting P&A(Personnel&Admin) internal grievance redressal mechanism. Such RTIs should be returned and only Citizens' RTIs prioritised

Dear sir my SBI acc 34670509034is closed again and again without any information.When i go for reopen it,then after filling a no. Of formalities they don't take any action and moving me 8-10days and I suffered a lot again and again and no action is taken so I request please take action as soon as possible
