In accordance with the “National Data Sharing and Accessibility Policy (NDSAP), 2012” formulated by Ministry of Science & Technology, Ministry of Statistics & Programme Implementation (MoSPI) has laid down Guidelines for Data Dissemination to define sharable and non-sharable data generated by the MoSPI, to specify the terms and conditions for its dissemination and pricing. The objective of these guidelines is to make available national statistics to the widest possible community, and where appropriate, with a choice of format, helping users to get what they want simply and quickly. These guidelines apply to all data compiled by MoSPI and the data derived from the statistics received from various Ministries/Departments by MoSPI.

The draft Guidelines for Data Dissemination of MoSPI is being placed in the public domain on the website of this Ministry. Comments from public and stakeholders are invited on these Guidelines.

Hi team #MoSP Continuation of my previous comment 4. Detailed list of plausible denials for category B- non shareable data shall be put in the website under heading ineligible under category B. 5.i think its better to separate The category B under shareable data into registerd and restricted as two separate list and deny the restricted data and non shareable data immediately with reason for the denial, with help of coding of data. Thank you for the platform for expressing our opinions.

Hi Team,#MoSPI I think its great idea to clasify the data into shareable and non shareable. 1. Collection of information for study and for research purposes should be exempted or should be leved nominal chareges as it would be a student who would be gathering information. 2. Information regarding applicant must be verified before providing the data. 3. Data provided shall be in pdf format or in any other software which is tamper proof and water marked. 4.

Respected sir, Government is charging too much for this data. My request is provide data freely in PDF format which will be easily downloadable from your website. There shall be no charge to digital PDF files. To receive printed copy, govt charges are high.My request is to reduce 30% of its current prices on all document to all. My another request is for individual researcher, data charges must be half of its current mention prices. It will help to promote research to various fields.

respected sir, My request is to make available data index of industrial promotion(IIP), data on prices collected from different shops selected for preparation of consumer price index(CPI) to public.Please move this data from non shareable to shareable category 2. This will be the true step of transparent government.

This will provide the massive data to public.This draft mention in objective that it give us access the national data. This will be the true begin of transparency in government. In data category of shareable data, there are 2 level category 1 and category 2. In category 1 data, there is availability of only basic data, it is fine but in category 2 registered user, you provide very less data. you just bring different sources together. My request is to add more data in category 2.

Aadhar Card Number should be mandatory for Data Requester (Indian Resident) & Aadhar Pay should be done, so that verification of data Requester can be happened automatically. For Foreigner, Passport detail should be asked for reference

हमारी सरकार डाटा को आसानी से फैला सकता है , हमारे देश में डिजिटल भाषा समझने वाले लोग बहुत कम है , PMKVY के जरिये अपने लोगो को डिजिटल बनाने का प्रयाश तो किया है पर ये सफल होता तो दिख रहा है पर इससे कोई अंतर नहीं आया है , अगर DATA को Dissemination करना तो डिजिटल तरीका ही बेस्ट है , पर परेशानी ये है अगर किसानो के पास जानकारी पहचानी है तब क्या करे ,? मेरी राए यह है कि एक डिजिटल इंडिया मिशन चलाया जाए जिसमे हर जगह कैंप या इंस्टिट्यूट के जरिये हर व्यक्ति को डिजिटल ज्ञान दिया जाए ,word limit :(

सर इसका एक बेहतर समाधान है की आप सारा डाटा आधार कार्ड के हिसाब से स्टोर करे और जो अगर जरूरत है तो मैनुअली ऑनलाइन आप डाटा फीड करवा ले बहुत लोग है जो ये काम आराम से घर बेठे कर देंगे जिससे उनको कुछ इनकम भी हो जायगी ! और डाटा एक्सेस उसको ही मिले जो आधार कार्ड से लॉग इन हो ! विदेसी लोगो को अगर एक्सेस चाहिए तो उनके लिए और अल्टरनेट इस्तेमाल कर सकते है ! जो विदेशी कंपनी इंडिया में सर्विस दे रही वो हमारे लोगो का सारा डाटा अपने पास स्टोर कर रही है ! कंपनी ,इनकम ,नाम ,पता , बेंक अकाउंट
