1.Facilties provided to MP and MLA should be reduced to a extent. Every decesion regarding dfor buying a service greater then a certain amount should be put under the certain committiee which will evaluate that expenditure is valid or not.2 Every government department should take steps toward decreasing expenditure and most effective department should be rewarded by PM.3.If we are giving money under any scheme it should be reached to people. Bank account should be opened and money given in acc.

It appears that sometimes work is slowed down to justify more jobs for the same work. In proposal for appointments at senior levels, it should be checked whether the existing people are working in optimal manner. In Income Tax Appellate Tribunal when pending appeals came to 44,000, from 3,00,000, the disposal quota was brought down to 50 from 75 which was working well along. Now, there is a proposal to appoint 48 more Members, while existing Members sit idle and everyone has reduced disposal.

Few Years back during my school days, we took an inititive to clean Bhagalpur.Focussing on Railway Station and Ganga. Our Observation: Ganga-There is a Water management plant in the city but due to power shortage and lack of connectivity of sewers it is not able to function in full capacity. Further its capacity is also so lw that it have to discharge water in Ganga without treating the same. Action: Need to provide it Uninterrupted power supply and upgrade it urgently. Kindly Asist

Fiscal discipline needs to be instilled in people not thrusted upon. We need to change the way we think and ask for accountability of tax payers money by the govt. A very good step in this direction is decontrol of petrol and diesel. We need to focus on Shale gas, Hybrid cars and gas hydrates in our KG Basin. We give Rs 1.5 lakh crore in subsidy on Petroleum products and spent only Rs 500 crore on scientific research in Oil Exploration and Development. This needs to change.

Thanks for declaring 31st as Unification Day and more importantly bringing back the towering Sardar Patel Legacy into limelight. Good bye to the era of Nehru-Indira-Rajiv family naming in all public places and institutions/schemes. That was sheer psychopancy of earlier set up

The Govt's recent circular on 10% cut in non-plan expenditure is a step in right direction. But the people at the helms of affairs find uncanny ways to beat this effort of Govt. The higher level govt machinery is steeped in so many un wanted rituals which can be avoided. My request to the Govt is that - please somehow stop the Shahi Imam organised bash inviting 2000 delegates from all over the world and more from the India. A sheer waste of money which could be used on other good causes.

To eradicate corruption and black money, 1. Demonetize 500 and 1000 rupee notes. Pl don't replace 100 rupee notes, instead put the money in their bank account. 2. It should be mandatory to make any transaction more than 5000 rupees to be from bank account. 3. Consider abolishing all taxes as you have already proposed. Instead charge every bank debit with adequate %to equalize the loss due to abolition of taxes.4. Form river water authority to link all rivers. 5. Relocate tax staff to this.

Registered vehicles must be linked to Aadhaar . Petrol pumps must use swiping machines to pay money based on consumption of petrol. First 50 ltrs or so at a reduced rate and further increase based on consumption. This will help common man to get at cheap rate and those who can afford will pay increased rate and government can avoid loss and get away with subsidies.

When Central Government reduced the price of petrol and Diesel, Kerala government the price is more since they increased the tax. Is it to play trick or increasing the debt of the common man further?. Take the total consumption of the states and the total number of 2,3,4,and higher wheeler vehicles and arrive at an average consumption as per recommended kilometers. Based on this fix a ration at cheap rate to those use up 50 liters or so. After that go on increasing rates stag wise on consumption

Today I saw and read a half page advertisement celebrating AUSTERITY DAY with Mr. Modi and others featured. This was in complete contrast to the unnecessary money that is being spent in Mumbai to display the victory of the BJP which already holds the imagination of the people of the entire country under your leadership. I think if the new government was formed without the fuss and hunkered down to work it would have reiterated our faith in you and your style of governance.
